This place is awesome because the mechanics are consistently good, they're thorough, they not only perform excellent work on item(s) that you requested service on your car, they also let you know if there are additional repairs that you need. The schedulers are very good and clear, they'd always send you the reminder of the day and time you suppose to be there for the service of your car. Zee, the Maita Toyota Rental representative is nice, informative and he explains the rental rules very well. Austin in Parts department is great, if you need any part for your car, such as windshield wiper, or floor carpets, or lights etc.., all you have to do is call ahead of time and he'd have it ready for you to purchase when you come in. Last but not least, Narvick Khalasi, the popular Maita Toyota TXM Advisor. He's always welcoming, resourceful, efficient, patient, courteous and oh so pleasant to deal with.
