I've been wanting an Acura TLX when Acura announced discontinuing the model for 2026. I emailed Edmond Kim months before coming by to see the car. He was very considerate & patient when making a decision if I wanted to buy the car. I ended up purchasing the car after reaching a deal that I'm comfortable paying for. The finance manager was amazing to work with, and probably the best one I've ever worked with. Shout out to Jean-Pierre for making the finance part of the deal stress-free & a pleasant experience. I've always dreaded the finance part of the car-buying experience, but Jean-Pierre was top-notch in taking care of the customer. Thanks so much!! The whole staff at Marin Acura are amazing to work with. I even met the General Manager, and she was also had a vibrant pleasant aura about her. I would like to give a great big thanks to Christine at Marin Acura! She made my first car buying experience simple and easy. Was very nice and caring. Told me everything I needed to know and didn't pull any hassles. She was amazing!

The sales person was excellent-Christine Brown. She followed up with a quick fix it after I had purchased the car -used, as is. But a small oil leak due to needing a new drain plug. Problem solved next business day. Christine was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable- and no hard sell tactics. I have purchased over 25 cars in my life [ at least 12 new] including an Integra from same dealer over 30 years ago. This was a used car for my grandson, a nice safe BMW.
