I like our service rep Steve but had some disappointments this time We had brakes done and were promised it would be done that day. When it was getting to end of day I checked and was told it would be done then checked again as it was close to closing. I had not been notified that car would not be done. We’re told there was a bracket they had to order the next evening when we went to pick it up our rep was not there and dealt was someone else to check us out. We asked about what part were they talking about and just what was wrong. The rep was extremely rude and said he didn’t know. Steve is very friendly and would get what ever answers we needed.

It’s always a pleasant experience when I have to come in for maintenance work. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful.

We had a great experience with Clement from start to finish. They were very patient with me as I was very indecisive. Unlike a lot of other dealerships, they were not too pushy just to make a sale. They were very helpful in our decision making.
