Service was terrible. Car now has the check engine light on. Service manager calls me a liar about the light being on when I dropped it off. They are fixing it after having an attitude. Sales people were really nice and helpful. Would not recommend services. Take elsewhere for service.

I come to the dealership for diagnostic I paid for it first time when I came to do the work they want to charge me another diagnostic and when I told Kristie bowman no one asked me if it was okay to charge for extra time she lied and she said I did this place is a joke. And because they don’t know how to make a car run the manager Tony come out of his office to tell me that they not gonna work on the car they just suck I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy they did no progress and just want money and Kristi if I was you I would learn how to talk to customers because it was trash attitude Hubler ford stealership

I have purchased Ford trucks from Wayne Leach for over 20 years. The last several years it has been a new truck every year. The truck are F150 Lariats and the two were Power Boost. One from Hubler Shelbyville and the last one from Hubler Franklin. .I found him to be a honest and fair sales man. I have followed his move in dealerships and I will continue to work buy from Wayne as long as he decides to sale.
