Everything went well but the chairs on wheels WITHOUT arms on a tile floor are a liability to you. I am 71 yrs old and I hit the floor when the chair rolled and 2 men had to lift me up. I definitely would change the furnishings. Your staff sat in arm chairs but not the customer

We understood coming in they didn’t negotiate so we did our research to confirm the price value and extended warranty.value. Everyone was very courteous and v responsive. We were able to test drive a few vehicles that met our requirements and price range.. we also got a fair value for our trade-in. This is the second time in the last 15 years we purchased from Carmax and have been very pleased both times!
