I was in a really tough spot with having a family that needs two cars and we lost a car rather unexpectedly due to repairs. Elijah was super helpful and very patient with my husband and I during the process, allowing us to go at our pace and ask as many questions as we wanted. He was super responsive to all of our texts or emails and he even offered to come in on his day off just to do the signing of the lease paperwork with us (which we opted not to do but the offer was there!)
