When my Jeep Trailhawk with a part of my transmission the Justin from the service department took great care of me. Glad I was under warranty and was also given a rental for my time that the jeep was down. Not only did they get it fixed, but got it back to me quicker than expected. This was my first experience at this dealership and will be going back for other needs in the future.

Fairly smooth experience, CPO had to be processed after the fact (missed initially somehow). Loose engine mount became apparent 3 weeks after purchase, but they will be taking care of it, as they should. Bill (salesman) and the service team have been well-attentive to the concerns.

The service department at this dealership in fantastic. I had come down to my home in Naples to get it all set up. I found that my Jeep would not start and had the car towed to Naples Jeep Chrysler Dodge. The car was quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day.
