Thalia, the service advisor to whom I was assigned was friendly but professional. The service I wanted was an oil change; the service I received was an oil change with additives said to help older engines run better. I have no complaints.
This is my second Hyundai from Bud Clary Auburn, the purchasing process was easy and no high pressure. The service department is great, always easy to get in and get the work done in a timely manner and a special shout out for service advisor Fabian who’s help to take care of now my second Hyundai through the service department, very knowledgeable and friend towards customers
This Hyundai dealership always takes care of me. Fabian and Mayra and there crew always make sure to prioritize what my car absolute must needs vs things that can wait, Fabian was wonderful about keep constant communication and updates on my vehicle. Thank you for your great service care!
