I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rouge Sport SV; I was told that i would get a set of mats the next week. I have still not received, nor have I gotten any response from my calls. What a way to do business.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were greeted while exiting our vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars to choose from excellent service all around.
Christopher Lee and Mr Bass where great I would recommend and refer there team to everyone. Also Mr Lee was total professional. Great Job!! And Thank you!!
I told the manager that I would not do business with this store. The manager said it was OK. Then, I feel as though all of you should know about it. The initial quote included a $2000 reconditioning fee. This fee could be taken away through negotiation. I feel as though the salesperson uses this tactic to prevent further negotiation on price. They did not honor any verbal commitment made by the salesperson as well as the manager. My request for a rear wipe blade and touch-up paint was honored after the sales, but it has not been fulfilled for two months. When I revisited the store, I found that those employees were terminated. Then, the current manager refused to honor the promises unless I provided them with evidence. They are friendly to you only when you are sitting on the table for negotiation. Do not expect post-sales service unless legally documented. I argued with one of the employees as I was trying to find the manager who made an initial promise. Of course, I was not happy when I walked into the store. Anyway, the employee became angry. He even untied his necktie, walked toward me closely with an angry face, and told me that he would like to meet me outside after his shift is over. He did not even wear a mask when he walked toward me, which is a violation of the MD governor's executive order. What a terrific way for treating an upset customer. Horrible negotiation experience. Horrible post-sales customer service. Absolutely aggressive and horrible attitude toward customers. Make sure you wear a full mask to enter the store just in case you argue with one of the employees.
i'm not the one that purchased a car from Nationwide but supporting someone was quite alarming and definitely not a good experience. I left there vowing i would never ever purchase a car from the used car Certified lot....although the salesperson kept saying to me to trade my luxury car in because one of their cars "had my name on it"....pep talk, I looked at him and told him "you have got to be kidding" no way would i buy a car from here, not after i saw how they worked the deal for the person i was supporting. the cleaning of the car was rushed........they had him come from a far to look at cars had him thinking he was going to take the car and it did not happen......detailing of the car it was incomplete and suede on steering was is suppose to be the light nubuck suede......it has so much dirt on it you could see the camel color under the black (dirt)..I did not touch that part of the steering wheel and neither does the new owner who avoids it as well....now they sent him off the parking lot with the car on E yes we were afraid he would not make it to the gas station the gas needle was pass the E. they also made a promise and never fulfilled it they just kept brushing me off. this was enough to say i will never go there and would never refer them to someone .
Never again will I make a purchase with this dealership! Worst transaction ever! Service has also been an issue! Made an appointment for my first of two free oil changes and had to wait for well over two hours for the oil filter to be delivered. xxx! I bought the car here so you should know in advance what supplies are necessary to change the oil! Unacceptable! Had an issue with getting a key made for this vehicle which was promised at the time of the sale.
