Deceptive dealership, they will say anything to sell a car. Kayla lied to my 72 year old mother and sold a 2023 model when she thought it was a 2024. Lied again and said it had smart cruise control, I found out months later that it didn't. They will lie and deceive to sell what is on their lot.. BUYER BEWARE!!

Service center is horrible! Over 2 hours for an oil change. Service advisor did not let me know what they were doing and how long it would take. After 2 hours of just an oil change and tire rotation, forgot to even give me my keys, change the odometer for the next service due and change the sticker in the window! Got the bill and no explanation for what I was even paying for! Couldn't even bother to vacuum the floors. Would have gotten better from Jiffy Lube!!!

Service id provided at a Nationwide Nissan and is extremely understaffed. It was greater than 2 hours for a scheduled oil change.

Sales Experience OK. Finance tried had significant error in paperwork. (Double check the math) They did correct it after I provided the calculations.

To go to a car dealership and deal with salesperson sometimes is a hassle. Having Kayla as the salesperson was quite a pleasant experience. She's very professional and eager to answer any questions you may have.
