He gave me plenty of time to decide and did not rush me. He made sure I felt like more than just a customer. I know I can always reach out if I have any questions. I came from a dealership where I had an awful experience, and I was dreading going to another one. Even when I told him I wasn’t going to purchase a car that day, he never changed his attitude. I really appreciated not feeling pressured. He made sure my experience was so much better.
