My Review of Arnell Auto Group:
I needed a four door sedan so I have just purchased a 97 Seville in Miami FL with 54K miles that needs to have 2 oxygen sensors replaced. Upon calling to schedule the service, I was informed that the car had 10 oxygen sensors and that all would need to be replaced at a cost of over $1300. I work have restored and worked on cars my whole life and no from reviewing on-line manuals that this is not the case. I further have had the codes run on the car and only two of the four sensors showed error codes and only one that would have to be replaced. I chose to replace both just in case. I explained this to Dale my background and that before I had come to him that I had a diagnostic run where upon he refused to discuss this any further or prove to me where these additional 6 sensors are. I am now having the work done for $275 dollars at another GM dealership. And we wonder why we no longer buy American Cars. That is why my new car is a new 350Z. Stay away from the dealer and service center. If my experience is any indication, you will not fare well.
