My Review of Arnell Auto Group:
Bought a 2008 Dodge Charger from Dan Edwards. He was great. Negotiated a fair price and arrainged for us to get a replacement hub cap for one that was damaged on the car. It didn't have floor mats at the time of sale so he got those for us also. I walked out of two other dealerships prior to going to Arnell because they wouldn't negotiate a fair price and had bad attitudes.

This is the third vehicle that we purchased from Arnell! We couldn't be happier with our purchase or the purchase process. Don Furcsik was great. His no pressure approach to business was refreshing. He was happy to please us. A truly pleasant person with a big genuine smile. Rob Henderson also was a pleasure to speak with and helped in our process. Larry Regal was equally amazing. He also left no stone unturned to help us. These men are a great team and we are happy to have done business with them.

My Review of Arnell Auto Group:
It was a pleasure dealing with Larry and Jennifer on the purchase of a new Impala. Larry was very accomodating to all of my requests and very upfront with the deal structure. This Impala is an older '09 (born 8/08) and needed attention in 4 areas to make it like new. All 4 were taken care of to my expectations. I live in IL 100 miles from Arnell. The specific Impala color/model/feature configuration they had in stock coupled with the best price attracted me to their dealership. Their friendly and honest style and responsive service will bring me back.

My Review of Arnell Auto Group:
I came to Arnell while searching for a new vehicle during the clunkers for cash program. At this time I was also looking at the Nissan Versa, which I might add was my first choice in vehicles. Why did I purchase the 2009 Chevy Aveo which was my second choice you might ask. It was the treatment I received from the dealership, and primarily from Mike Miskus. I told Mike exactly what I was trying to accomplish in my new purchased and he delivered.And this can do attitude that exist that day continues each time I have contact with this dealership. Recently I forgot my cell phone at the dealership late one evening and was amazed at the effort to locate my phone and secure it for me till it could be picked up the next day.The bottom line is the customer is number 1 at this dealership and GM should be proud to have the company represented by Arnell and the folks that represent Arnell as well. I will return to Arnell when my next purchase happens, you can count on it.

Arnell is the best dealership I have ever dealt with which is something to say since I am 68 years of age. Mike Miskus has sold my wife nd I two new vehicles, plus my sister and brother-in-law recently bought a new truck from Mike at my reccomendation. He is an excellent GM rep. and very polite and friendly. Service managers Mike and Dale are also very polite and friendly. Service has been excellent.

Although I live in the Chicagoland area, the 30 minutes of traveling is well worth the service. This dealership was and probably still is the only dealership who had my particular vehicle in stock and ready for immediate purchase. That was a big plus considering the alternative was a pre-order that could take up to 8 weeks. Working with Mike made the experience delightful. Mike goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service even if I'm just there for a service appointment. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again in the future.

I have been taking with Larry for sometime. When I owned my corvette. He helped me with some options on what to do with it when the lease ran out. He was straight forward and gave me no BS. Since them I bought a used car and new truck from Larry.
He helped me out with the used car even though he doesn't deal on that side. And you know I actualy had a good time. He has called me many time to see how things are going. My next car I will give Larry a call again. Service guys not to bad either.
