My Review Of Audi Willow Grove:

This dealership is one of a kind from the standpoint of customer service. Everyone I came in contact with from my salesperson to the general manager made me feel welcome and someone I could trust. In addition they worked hard to get me the best deal possible without the typical nickel and dime negotiation tactics. The selection of cars is second to none, with a great website which originally brought me to dealership from Virginia as I was having trouble locating the car I wanted in my area. It was well worth the 320 mile round trip and I will definitely come back when I’m in the market again.

My Review Of Audi Willow Grove:

Ryan was great during the entire process to assist me with trading in my old car for a new Audi A7.
Love the car and my experience was extremely positive, where they were not in the past, with other dealerships.
I was properly trained on the new cars features and was extremely happy with the deal I received and the service I was given.
I have already recommended Audi Willow Grove to 2 potential clients in the last 5 days.

I want to thank Jeff Rosen for the great job he did getting my wife and I into an 2013 Audi A8L 3.0T. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, never any high pressure techniques and truly helpful in answering the myriad of questions we had on the vehicle. The test drive was great as well as the purchase process. I feel I got a very fair deal and Jeff got us through the purchase process painlessly. This is the 4th Audi I have purchased from Audi Willow Grove. I am sure I will be back to do business with Jeff in the future. Paul was also very helpful and professional in going through all the financial process and paperwork with us. Together they made a great team

Had a great experience purchasing a 2013 Audi Q5. Tuan handled the deal for me and took care of me. Deal was done over phone and internet. Finance guys were great no pressure no dirty sales tactics just straight to the point. I will recommend Willow Grove Audi and highly recommend that you work with Tuan.

My Review Of Audi Willow Grove:

After looking throughout the U.S. for a certain model of Audi with particular options we found exactly what we were looking for and a fair price at Audi Willow Grove. This was a long distance web purchase and about the 6th dealer that I personally contacted for more information. Tuan Nuyen was our salesman and I have nothing but compliments for the way he handled this sale. With a good dozen emails and numerous phone calls, Tuan always had a prompt, cheerful response. His knowledge of this model of Audi was invaluable during all those calls and the test drive. He also spent a good hour after the purchase going over all aspects of the car. Tuan also not only helped set up the clear bra application for the vehicle but when the weather turned too cold to be outside, he put the car on the alignment rack in the building so the application could still take place. That, to me, is service. Thanks Tuan! We then took 3 weeks and put 5200 miles on our new car driving it home. No surprises, it performed exactly as good as he said it would. I can heartily recommend the services of Tuan Nuyen and Audi Willow Grove
