I came to Bredemann Toyota with a beat up, '97 Toyota Rav 4 which had been on the fritz for many years. I had no formal plan but knew I needed a more reliable ride now that I'm driving a substantial commute to and from my job down at the University of Chicago in Hyde Park. Living in the city without a parking spot of my own, and with the hope of being environmentally conscious, I came in with the intention to find out how much it might cost me to trade in the Rav and begin payments on something like a Prius C. Sadly for me, I am not currently in a position to make the monthly payments on one, even though they had offered a truly fair deal on it. What happened next was the absolute best scenario I could have imagined.

Our incredible sales associate, Dave Lurie, who literally spotted us roaming the lot and took care of us, kindly, with great humor, and honest insight, throughout the entirety of our visit, pointed to another option. Ever heard of a Scion IQ? Probably not, but you will soon. It is a little nugget of a car that is much bigger than the infamous Smart Car, but much smaller than most you've seen. It's got four seats, 37 miles to the gallon, and a whole lot of pickup & heart. That particular vehicle on the floor at the time had some kind of special manufacturer's discount on it, and between that, Dave's hard work, and my Rav 4 trade in, I left the lot with perhaps one of the most UNBELIEVABLE deals you could ever imagine. I cannot even give you the price I pay monthly because you truly wouldn't believe it, but just know that I will never go to another dealer again. I will only go to Dave and the wonderful folks at Bredermann. They genuinely wanted to help me find a good fit for me, and they were kind, insightful, and so tremendously helpful every step of the way. Thanks, Dave. You are the BEST.

This is the second car Toyota I have purchased from this dealership. Khoa Pham (KP) was very helpful with me picking out my new Toyota Camry. He was patient and very honest. Words cannot express how totally satisfying this experience was. My husband and I came in around 8:00 p.m. and left at 10:30 p,m. after purchasing a 2004 Toyota Highlander. Gene Volfson was so very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. He answered all our questions graciously. Tran Nguyen made the whole credit application process easy, very understandable and entertaining. Charlie Schiller was recommended by a friend when we began our search for a new car. He was fantastic throughout the process. There was no pressure and he was very friendly. We ended up purchasing a new 2013 Toyota Highlander and have been very pleased with the purchase thus far. The price was on point for a high demand car such as the Highlander, in relation to other dealers in the area. The exact car we wanted was not in stock so we placed an order and it was delivered on-time and exactly as anticipated. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience.
