My Review Of Carriage Nissan:
Mr. Reeves was lovely. He was very courteous and friendly & always behaved appropriately.
Tyler was very nice, also, as was Deisy (please apologize to her for me...I know I've spelled her name incorrectly.)
The only negatives were these: We were at the dealership from 11am to almost 4PM. We only test drove 2 cars before our decision was made. There is no reason why we should have had to remain at the dealership for so long.
Then, when my car was "delivered", it wasn't detailed as we had been assured it would be multiple times. I had to scrape residue & dirt off of my brand new car with my own hands. By the time it had been what Carriage obviously considers "detailed" a second time, I was so tired of being there that I just took it without a fuss. If this is the kind of quality of service that can be expected of Carriage, I'll just take my warranty-covered needs to you, trusting other more reputable & conscientious establishments to take care of anything else. In fact, I now regret purchasing the extended warranty.
I have really enjoyed this car so far, but if the service is as bad as I'm afraid it is going to be, I'll purchase my next one at another dealership. The staff members that I interacted with were quite nice and I would gladly do business with them again if I were sure I could trust the service.
