My Review of Checkered Flag Audi Porsche Jaguar:
From day one of considering the vehicle I chose, Donpaul Ivers and the Checkered Flag team were very flexible and provided outstanding service. They assisted me while I was over seas on deployment and made my car buying experience as easy as possible. Donpaul provided me with all the information I requested via e-mail or by mailing information to me in Bahrain. I couldn't ask for a more supportive group, their extensive knowledge and can-do attitude made this car buying experience enjoyable. I chose the S-4 after a long comparison between that and an M-3. The dealer was very helpful in letting me test drive the S-4, Donpaul Ivers was very informative and knew the product inside and out. I would highly recommend this dealership and Donpaul Ivers to anyone considering buying an Audi. The sales manager and other staff are outstanding as well, and very easy to work with.

Phyllis was exceptionally professional and friendly, we struck a deal and she pushed it through management in a timely manner. When picking up the car she spent as much extra time with my as needed to help her program her phone to the car phone system and in general answered all our questions. A few days later Phyllis was available for more questions and was continually courteous and professional.

They run a hard bargain at Checkered Flag Audi but I've got to give it to them...they are true professionals. The standard/quality of their pre-owned vehicles is high; my mechanic was amazed at how clean and smooth the engine ran.
Lee, my sales consultant, was very friendly, accommodating, and not pushy at all. He saw to my needs during the entire process and went beyond expectations.

DonPaul worked diligently with us from the very beginning of our new car search. We test drove a Q5, he went over all the details of the car with a fine tooth comb, was more than patient with us while we made our decision to buy Q5 or another make/brand of small SUV. Once we made the decision to stick with Audi he again worked diligently with us, kept us informed as to the progress of our vehicle (we had it 'built') and was always there for us. When the car arrived and we went to the dealership to receive it he THOROUGHLY went over the entire vehicle, progammed my cell phone and garage door opener into the new car - didn't leave anything undone. He is an outstanding salesman and we would recommend him to anyone in the market for an Audi.

My Review of Checkered Flag Audi Porsche Jaguar:
After looking at previous reviews on this site I made an appointment with Don Paul to test drive an Audi Q5. I was really excited to drive an Audi Q5 but unfortunately it just wasn't the car for me. Apparently the only Q5 available was being reserved for someone coming into the service department so I didn't get a great amount of time driving it, but Don Paul did take the time to show me the features on another vehicle with the same package. Checkered Flag gave us a great tour and treated us very well but we ended up going to Charles Barker Infiniti and bought a brand new V8 FX50. I am happy with the Infiniti since the tech features are far superior, and the Q5 only has one regular size cup holder, the other only would fit a Red Bull. I might consider an Audi again in the future to buy a sedan and will definately give Checkered Flag another try.

My only complaint concerns the length of time I had to wait to do the paperwork. I had to wait a few hours behind other costumers. However, once I was sitting with the business manager everything was quick and efficient. John Paige, the salesman I dealt with, was great and kept me entertained while I waited.

Barry Cate was my salesperson. He was friendly, very helpful and not at all pushy or obtrusive. He allowed me to test drive the car twice to make sure I liked it. He was very knowledgeable about all of the features and options of the car. He was very honest and professional throughout the entire process. I felt like he is very trustworthy. I definitely wanted to buy the car from his dealership. I had a good experience from start to finish. I definitely recommend Barry to anyone looking to buy a car.

This Dealership won me back as a customer, my first visit a few years ago wasn't pleasant. I had a service problem with my 2002 TT and was treated terrible. I just moved to the area from NJ. The sales crew that I worked with this time treated me respectfully. They where Great and as I said won me back as a loyal Audi customer. I would recommend them the Dealership and of coarse the purchase of a Great car an Audi!
