Terrence answered every possible question I could think of and even intuited one's that I had missed. He took time to walk me through the car's features, step by step and maintained a pleasant, upbeat attitude the entire time...even after the purchase was sealed. Terrance worked to get me the price I needed and before I knew it, I was driving off the lot with my new VW Beetle. In addition to this, both Ron (finance) and Sean (manager) assisted in finalizing the deal, making it all a seamless transaction. The dealership is sparkling clean and has a team oriented staff which caters to the needs of their customers. And let me add that the excellent service continues even now, which shows me that its not simply the sale of the vehicle which matters to Coastal, but continued customer satisfaction as well. Terrence is a good guy, unlike most car salesmen. I got the perfect car for my budget. He wasn't pushy. My only complaint is that my dog somehow keeps rolling up the window on his head lol.

We have a 2008 Jetta so when it came time to trade our other car we wanted another VW. John Tangeman was our sales associate who assisted us with our purchase. Although new to the dealership, he was very knowledgable, pleasant and helpful. Ron Singer, finance and Sean Callis, sales manager were also very helpful. Ron pointed out aspects of the finance end that we had not considered. We were very pleased with the entire experience and have already recommended Coastal to prospective clients. Thank you

Of all the car purchases I've made, this was by far the easiest and smoothest. The guy I worked with (Eben) was great. I felt zero pressure and got a deal better than I expected. He was very easy going during the whole process. He'll definitely have my repeat business when I buy my next car. He'll definitely be my "I know a guy" guy.

Terrence Sterbenz was the sales consultant who I dealt with when I leased my car. My overall experience working with Terrence was great. I recently purchased a Jetta at Coastal. After researching online, Coastal had the best price by far. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Ben Webber. Ben offered to get the car registered and inspected and then dropped it off at my house which is not very close so I could get the car sooner. Great customer service!

My experience at Coastal VW was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Terrence was very knowledgeable about the Passat and all its amenities. He was so easy to talk to and great to work with. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable like I have at other dealerships in the past. Also, Courtney in Finance was great! She explained every detail of the paperwork in terms I could understand and was able to answer all my questions. She made me feel very comfortable. My husband and I are so glad we went to Coastal VW to purchase my new 2013 Passat!

I was here to look for any Tiguan models left over from 2012. Eventhough they didn't have any available, but the Terrence (sale man) was very nice and helful. I didn't end up buying a car from this dealer, but I definitely would recommend it.
