My Review of Dick Brooks Honda of Greer:
Sharon Grillo and Hal Jones from Dick Brooks Honda were the antithesis of all the sales people that I encountered in my car search. They replied to my emails quickly with the exact information I requested. They clearly explained their low prices and services. Once they located the vehicle we wanted, they took a refundable deposit over the phone and got the vehicle to their lot for us to go get the next day. We “made a Saturday” out of the ordeal and drove the 180 miles from our house to the dealership in Greer, SC. Once on site, the whole deal of concluding the purchase, including the test drive, took around 2 hours, but we were shocked by the no-bull, respectful and sincere atmosphere the dealership presented. We also received free lifetime powertrain warranty on the new Pilot and, although we came prepared with financing, the Dick Brooks Honda finance department was able to offer us a more amenable plan.

I highly recommend Dick Brooks Honda to anyone who wants to make their car buying experience pleasant and much less stressful than the run-of-the mill “local” dealers. Even though they are a two and a half hour drive from us, I would buy from them again. Sharon and Hal, I hope you guys keep on doing business this way, to give us consumers some hope that there are some dealerships that are the exceptions to the rule.

My Review of Dick Brooks Honda of Greer:
We went to Dick Brooks looking for a 2009-2011 Honda Pilot. We had a 2004 Pilot,but unfortunately it was totalled in a wreck several weeks ago. When we realized how the Pilots held their resale value we decided it would be better for us just to purchase a new one. Matt McAllister was our salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. Of course we knew he really wanted to sell us a car, but he was never pushy or ovebearing. There was no high pressure when we told him we needed a night to sleep on it. Matt's just a nice young man. The rest of the staff seemed cheerful and friendly. Steve, the "extras" man was also very pleasant and never pushed us to purchase something we didn't want. Dave Jenkins made the financing part of the deal flow smoothly and was patient even when we asked for quite a few different options. It was a very pleasant (if spending that much money can ever be pleasant) and relaxed experience.

We have used Dick Brooks in the past for some of the service on our '04 Pilot. The service staff was always pleasant and efficient.

My Review of Dick Brooks Honda of Greer:
Matt is probably the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. He was pleasant and informative but not pushy. Normally I avoid dealerships because I want to look and not be pressured and that is hard to find, but with Matt that is the way it was. It made my experience enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to trade with him again. This is my 2nd Honda purchased from Dick Brooks, therefore I have also dealt with the service department for the last 5 years and have been very pleased with all that I have dealt with. Because of my experience with Dick Brooks already, I did not have to look far to know who I wanted to buy from. Having Matt as our salesman was an added bonus.

I was still shopping and compering prices and deals when I stopped at Dick Brooks Honda at Greer, SC. The whole experience was so pleasant that I ended up leaving with a brand new car! Copmpering with other dealerships, I did not feel pushed or pressured to buy a car at this place. They wanted make me happy. Sharon Grillo is the best person to deal with if you need a car as well as Del Delozier and Bob Sanders. They would go an extra mile to make possible what you want. Thanks!

My wife and I visited Dick Brooks Honda for the purchase of our new 2011 Honda Pilot. We worked with Sharon Grillo and Elyssa Connolly. My wife first contacted Sharon by phone to set up an appointment. When we arrived at the dealership Sharon and Elyssa made us feel right at home with their friendly customer service. They were very caring, patient, and informative, thus making our car buying experience a great one.
