Jennifer was such an amazing help. I inquired with her via email and she was able to get me an out the door price that beat everyone else that I reached out to. She gave a fair tradein value to my current vehicle and was able to appraise via email. Very convenient to my needs. She was super personable and made my time at Donavee fun and exciting. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a new car! Thanks soooo much for my awesome Jeep and your continuous help!

My Review of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:
In shopping for a Chrysler 200 we visited several Chrysler dealerships in Rancho Cucamonga, La Puente and Ontario plus looked online. In the end we found the car in the color we wanted and at the right price, at Don-A-Vee Chrysler in Placentia. The sales person Titus Thomas wasn't into the hard sell or pressure tactics, otherwise we would have walked away. Titus was very attentive and kept us updated throughout the whole process which made us feel like we came to the right place. We told the sales manager what we wanted to pay and the sales manager made it happen. Julie the finance manager was excellent, fast and efficient. She does try to sell you on some additions which we understand is part of her job... and she ended up making it very reasonable for us and we were pleased in the end. We appreciated her efforts and honesty. The sales process went through effortlessly and we drove away with a beautiful Chrysler 200. Friends who see our car and know what we paid tell us what a great deal we got and we feel that way also! Overall, we will definately go back to them for future car purchases. I love my Chrysler 200!

the only problem we ever had was at the end of our transaction at the moment i cant remember her name but she seemed very rude towards us and a bit of racism was felt she was the one that printed out our contract and so on overall titus and johnny were great

After comparing prices and features at multiple dealerships I sent an email in to Bill telling him what I was looking for. I received a prompt reply with solid fair pricing. from test drive to drive home, we spent 3 hours at Don-A-Vee. Everyone was courteous and made the transaction as quick and painless as possible. I would highly recommend Bill Porter to anyone looking for a low pressure sales person, who knows their Jeep and Chrysler products inside and out.

What a terrific experience. Kenny Smirz found the car I wanted in San Luis Obispo while other dealers wanted to sell me what they had on their lot, but not what I wanted. 2 short phone calls and the deal was made. Julie Byrd in finance was a hoot and the paper work took only 15 minutes. This is what the car buying experience should be, quick, easy, and fun. Don-A-Vee delivered on everything as promised and no changes once you are in the door. By the way, I'm crazy about my Grand Cherokee.

We were only loking at Jeeps as a replacement for our suburban, and have had mixed customer experiences at other dealers. Bill and their team was extremely friendly, engaging, and ultimately was what drove us to purchasing our Grand Cherokee form Don A Vee.
