My Review Of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:

I went in to Don-A-Vee to transfer the extended warranty on the 2006 Jeep Commander that I sold myself to the new owners. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by very friendly and helpful employees who directed me to the finance manager John Ramirez to help with the paperwork for the transfer. John was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process even though it didn't put a dime in his pocket. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealer.
I highly recommend Donavee Chrysler Jeep.

I came in merely to look and see what was available at this local dealer. I had already looked online and at other sites for pricing and wanted to compare the two. By the end of the afternoon we had found the perfect jeep for me, and at a reasonable price. The staff, even people who didn't help me, we're incredibly friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience here!

Fabritzio & Jesus were a pleasure to work with. Jesus was dedicated to finding us the right vehicle, to order to meet our list of requirements and satisfy our "wish list." Fabritzio worked with us to negotiate a great price & was even able to offer financing that was even better than our bank. I would happily refer Don A Vee and this duo to anyone in the market for a Jeep/Chrysler product.

My Review Of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:

This is my first new new car purchase done on my own and I couldn't be happier with the service or purchase. I was in an accident in which my car was a total loss and only received a little money in the pay off. Ozzie and Dong were great in getting me a great price and working with me. I had been shopping around for a rubicon unlimited for a couple of weeks and had been jerked around by other dealerships. The guys over at Don-A-Vee did't try to hardball me or use smoke and mirrors to get me into the dealership. THey simply wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted for a fair price all while being super friendly and professional. Yeah I might have been able to get the Jeep for a couple hundred bucks less but the shear professionalism and kindness of these guys made me feel comfortable and taken care of so I wouldn't go anywhere else in a thousand years. These guys were simply excellence incarnate!!!

My Review Of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:

My experience at Don-A-Vee was very positive. As a first time buyer, I had a very tight budget to stick with and Jesus dedicated a lot of time and effort to help me achieve the payment I could afford. Dong worked as a great mediator between the dealership and the bank to get me the best interest rate possible on my loan. Johnny saved me the hassle of playing the "numbers game" and really worked as an advocate on my behalf to get me all of the deals I qualified for. It was a long process, but in the end I couldn't be happier with the Patriot I ended up with! Jesus was so friendly and hard working. He and Johnny definitely made the whole car buying experience that much easier, and certainly made me a very happy customer. I will most definitely be recommending any family or friends to Jesus when they need to buy a car!

Overall we feel we had a very pleasant experience. It seemed more like having a discussion with friends than the typical "who's trying to WIN the deal" you so often find in buying a car. They were all helpful in providing the information we needed in order to make an intelligent choice. If they didn't know the answer they went and found someone who could provide it.

My Review Of Don-A-Vee Chrysler Jeep:

My Battery light came on on my way to work 10.9; (by the way it was just replaced @ GLENN E THOMSAS- SIGNAL HILL 9.29 after being towed from work) I called Don-A-Vee, Allec took my intial call; I explained that battery was replaced 9.29, I can hear a Loud charging sound that just was not right, my co-worker that parks next to my spot told me he smelled buring under the hood. I do have a warranty, Allec advised me to take it in ASAP, being within 5 miles of work, this was easy. He called me a few hours later & said the alternator needed to be replaced, once they fix that they can do more test, well he is a man of his word, got it installed & had to raplace a "PC" somthing; he set up the rental car place to pick me up at work. THIS IS A TRUE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT CARES. Don A Vee will get all my business going forward!!

Brian and the entire Don-A-Vee team demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism throughout the sales process. They worked with me to arrive at a proper and fair deal on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase, and their parts and service team helped me "customize" my vehicle with genuine Mopar accessories quickly and affordably within two days following the sale.
