My Review Of Egolf Motors:
In September, 2012, I purchased a 2006 Ram, quad cab, 4x4, diesel with 108k miles from Egolf that I had seen on their website. My salesman was Peter Walgate. We almost closed the deal on my 1st visit, but I had arrived late(5:30pm) and we could not get financing worked out. By 9:30am the next morning the Business Mgr. called to tell me all my requests had been met concerning interest rate and amount of monthly payment. I was not trading a vehicle and live 45 miles away, in Greenville, S.C., so I told Peter it might be a couple of days until I could get someone to bring me to Hendersonville to get the truck. He volunteered to come and pick me up when he finished with a customer he was working with. In a couple of hours we were on the way to the dealership. The paperwork went smoothly. The Business Mgr. explained everything thoroughly and soon I was on my way home in my new ride. I don't usually enjoy going to a dealership where I don't know anyone and don't know how they treat customers, but that wasn't a problem here. Peter is very down to earth and friendly and NO pressure was ever exerted on me to make a deal. There are at least 2 Dodge dealerships closer to me, but I plan to go back to Egolf when my truck needs service. I am the 4th owner and the truck was originally sold by Egolf and has been traded back and resold by them every time, so they know it's history well.
