My Review of Egolf Motors:
My wife and I were wanting to look at a new 200 hardtop convertible which was on a test drive. We didn't want to wait, and Mr Brown said he'd call us when it came back. That car was purchased, but Mr. Brown called and said another one was due in any day and that he'd be happy to call us, which he did. We ended up buying that car. Both Mark Brown and Joby Stephens were extremely helpful and easy to deal with. My wife, who would rather have a root canal than visit a car dealer was so complementary of Mr. Brown. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the car and able to pass that knowledge along to my wife (who was hesitant to trade in her Volvo hardtop convertible since she liked it so much.) Friendly, energetic, efficient, professional, and helpful are words that describe Mark Brown during our negotiations and Joby Stephens was straight forward, open and friendly which made the whole experience one that we've not encountered during our purchase of over 60 vehicles during our lifetime. Yes, I will recommend this dealership and Mr. Brown and Mr. Stephens. No I'm not related to either gentleman, we just enjoyed the experience.

My Review of Egolf Motors:
We were heading home from South Carolina to Indiana and the transmission completely broke down in our Mazda Tribute about 10 miles south of Hendersonville at about 11 AM of Saturday. We got the name of a Dodge dealer in Henersonville. I talked to someone in Service and told them of he problem. They gave me a name of a towing service. Was towed within a 1/2 hour up to Egolf Dodge. We were meant there by the head of service and also to a sales consultant, Bob Wilson. After about 1.5 hours of not knowing what to do we finally decided to trade for a used 2007 Jeep Liberty with only 18K. Mr. Wilson gave various options with NO PRESSURE. We were able to make a decision and the right decision with his help. About 4:30 on the same day we had made the trade, and all paper work done. I was nice to meet someone we found to be trustworthy, helpful and friendly. We were on the road Sunday and Mr. Wilson called us on our cell to see if everything is going okay. From our disaster of the breakdown to being helped so much in time of our need was most appreciated.

My Review of Egolf Motors:
The whole experience in working with Mike and Bob was fantastic. Once my decision was made to buy my Jeep the paperwork and process was as easy as can be. There was a real feeling of time being valued and making sure all was explained thoroughly.

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They really have and provide a good hometown dealership experience....even though my 'hometown' is over 50 miles away.

My Review of Egolf Motors:
When we began looking for a Ram diesel truck, we looked at quite a few on the internet and a few on local lots. When we narrowed down exactly what type of Ram we wanted we started e-mailing dealerships all over NC. Egolf responded quickly by e-mail and phone and Barbara Baldwin worked with us to get the price where we wanted it to be. We traveled 6 hrs to get our new truck when there were several dealerships within a couple hours of home! Mrs. Baldwin and the finance specialist both ended up staying late the night we arrived to pick up the truck, but both were very pleasant, friendly and did not rush the process to get us out the door. We will definitely recommend Egolf Dodge! Thomas and Carol

Mike Van Cott was extremely friendly and courteous. He worked with us for hours finding the correct vehicle with the right price, color and accessories using the internet and phone calls. The vehicle was extremely clean and Mike spent time going over operation all the accessories in the vehicle. This is the second purchase with Mike and because of his attention to details will not be the last.

I did not go into the dealership with the idea of buying, but Mark Brown, who has sold me my last two Dodge cars, was very pursuasive in helping me see the value of buying a 2011 now. As always, he was courteous, friendly and very helpful. I drove home in a new Chrysler 200.

We have always been a GM customer! Having 3 trucks and needed to replace one it was a tough decision. Barbara and Joby at Egolf were awesome! They let us bring home a Dodge for the weekend and that made up our minds to buy a Dodge 3500 dual wheel, 4 door, loaded truck. We LOVE it and would definately recommend Egolf and Barbara to our friends!

My Review of Egolf Motors:
First I bought my wonderful Dodge Grand Caravan SXT there. Best car I ever owned, and I'm 62. Price was low, low (but I bought it in '09 in the middle of the Last Big Crisis, when cars were cheap). Then I bought a specially offered lifetime warranty. Great deal on that, too. Already paid for itself, because I don't need AAA any more.

But most of all I rate them a perfect 5 because of the service. I have stuck with the recommended service schedule, and as a result, my van, which I use to travel all over the country at my job, still looks, feels, handles, rides, and runs like the day I first drove it off the lot, AFTER 81,000 MILES IN 2 YEARS!!!!

The regular service is quick (30 minutes) and only $27 for oil, fluids, filters, and a 19-point checkup on all systems. When I needed tires, Egolf had top-grade Yokos lower than Costco or WalMart, with free installation and free rotation for the life of the tires.

All the personnel are friendly and remember who you are. They feel like personal friends, and they jump to help you, even if it's warranty or recall work, same gracious treatment.

Didn't know a car dealership could be this good -- A+++++ Summa Cum Laude!

Mr. Barrett and everyone else we came into contact with at Egolf Motors of Hendersonville was very nice, professional and respectful of our space. Car dealerships generally have a bad rep because salesman can be pushy. This is NOT the case with Egolf Motors. Mr. Barrett was very nice and was not pushy in the least. I have purchased three separate cars in my life and this was by far the best car buying experience I've had. Thank you! :o)
