Disappointed in vehicle. I said during the test drive that it sounded loud. The sales rep said the mechanics said it sounded like that because it was an older vehicle. After taking it in to emissions, my suspicions were confirmed with several maintenance codes that were detected so I am fearful I bought a used lemon. More

The service provided by Joel was outstanding! He answered all my questions and concerns, order parts, kept me informed and had my car fixed and ready for pickup in 24 hours! It was a big job too He answered all my questions and concerns, order parts, kept me informed and had my car fixed and ready for pickup in 24 hours! It was a big job too after driving cross country, puncturing the fuel hose, tire sensors going out and a bent tire rim. I won’t go anywhere else now. I know buying a car can be stressful and dreadful and all the emotions to go into it that you don't even want to go down to the dealership and talk to anyone cuz you're worried about the deal that might happ the emotions to go into it that you don't even want to go down to the dealership and talk to anyone cuz you're worried about the deal that might happen it might be such a bad deal well you can throw all that I'm out the window with Ghent Chevrolet cuz I was dreading going to get my new truck and I didn't want to go and finally my son told me you know what go to the dealership straight from the hip he tells you what it is and tells you what he can do and he gets it done and makes everything very easy and you probably out of the dealership my experience 3 hours so it was painless except for I had about a 45 minute test drive but other than that about two and a half hours in there and you're driving away with your vehicle it's they give you the best deal possible it's totally in line with the blue book value of whatever the vehicle is you're getting and they're going to do their best to make you happy I even drove away with four brand new tires and a full tank of diesel and I'm not talking a little tank of diesel my truck's a big girl she takes a lot of diesel so I was pretty pleased about that in fact it's two weeks later and I'm still on that tank but anyway this is the place to go if you want a car with no problems no questions about anything other than where am I going to park my car tonight thank you again Chevrolet More
