Non responsive sales rep and finance manager when needing assistance with vehicle troubles within 10 days of purchase. Spoke with sales rep indicated he would call back on 12/31 and until today no response. assistance with vehicle troubles within 10 days of purchase. Spoke with sales rep indicated he would call back on 12/31 and until today no response. Emailed finance manager regarding 3 month dealership warranty and no response until today. Based on this I would not recommend the dealership, customer satisfaction is important in a business especially when something is not functioning correctly within 10 days of purchasing. Dealership should not indicate they have a 3 month warranty if they are not going to honor it, this is deceptive. More
