My Review of Infiniti of West Chester:
I am a former employee of this dealership, I myself purchased a vehicle from them, my husband did, and my brother and parents. We were all treated horribly, overpriced and basically screwed over and that was with me being an employee! I would warn people to make the drive elsewhere and purchase from someone else, they also own Infiniti of Ardmore and Exton Nissan

My Review of Infiniti of West Chester:
Did all service there for two years. Had many problems...on two occasions, had to research and present them with TSBs to get problems fixed. Latest issue: Refused to do work under warranty (on another TSB) claiming they would not get reimbursed. Suggested I pay for it and see if I could get reimbursement. Called Infiniti customer service who said as it was a known problem outlined with a TSB there was no parts return requirement and basically no way they would not be reimbursed. Will not return to this dealer.
