John, was very attentive to our inquireies concerning the Volt. He offered to place our names on a contact list for when the Volts arrived so that we could be contacted to view and possibly purchase said vehicle. John also kept in touch with us via email to give us status updates on the anticipated delivery. We definately felt like we were included in the process.

Buying a new car has always stressed me out. A friend recommneded that I buy via the Internet, so I called to find out how it all works. I spoke to John Miller. He took the time to explain how Internet Sales work and then he went to work for me. Within 1 week, I am driving my new 2012 Carmero. . . .I love this car. The entire process was so wonderful. Thank you so much for taking the STESS out of buying a car.

Scott made this the most relaxing experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car! His relaxed and non-pressured attitude was refreshing in a car salesman. Scott and his manager kept the usual back & forth financial negotiations to a minimum and were able to give me a price that worked for my financial situation. All the persons I worked with (Scott, his manager {Eric?}, and the financial person {Ron Hutchison?}) were all professional, friendly, answered all my questions, followed-up with me and sent me away very happy with my new car!

It's not often that I can say I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. Terry, Joy, and Ron were all great to work with. I had been trying for 2 days to work with another dealership, but they did not have the car I was looking for so I finally gave up and called John L. Sullivan Chevrolet. I spoke with Terry Rouda in sales. He was very pleasant and knowledgable about the car I was interested in. In fact he had the car on the lot. Terry offered to show me the car within the hour. I fell in love with the car as soon as I drove it. Terry offered me a very reasonable price on the new car and I was very satisfied with the offer on my trade. Ron Hutcherson, the finance manager offered me a great rate on financing. He was very personable and I really enjoyed working with him. The financing rate was even better than my credit union offered so I decided to buy. Joy Sanders did an awesome job explaining how all the features of the car work. The next day she contacted me to see how everything was going. All in all, I am very happy with John L. Sullivan Chevrolet and all the great folks who work there. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the recent experience I received at your dealership. I had recently walked away from a deal from another nearby dealership due to the poor customer service and lack of service. When I came in I was pleasantly greeted by Craig Lofton, and he was very kind, courteous, and had a lot of knowledge in the vehicle I was interested in. The actual purchase process was dragged out over a few days and Craig was very professional and patient during the whole process. These days it is difficult to find a sales professional with the attitude, and professionalism he possess and it greatly appreciated. as we we,re lost.car called about had been sold.but they helped find another car
in my price range that i was every happy with.john did a great job helping me,and explaining question that we,re asked.the finance dept did a nice job also didn,t
have to sit around hours dabating on car price.got paperwork done and on our way.

My husband and I were looking for a Chevy Tahoe. I called John L Sullivan and spoke to Heidi. I told her what we were looking for. She found one vehicle, it was at another dealer, a call was placed to the dealer. Heidi called me back that evening to let me know she had not recieved a response from the dealer, yet. That is great follow up, in the business world. Then, she searched all over California for us. We decided to switch colors of the SUV, they had the exact vehicle we were looking for. We were coming from a distance and she wanted to make sure she was able to find what we wanted before we made the 200 mile trek. The test drive went great, she answered all out our questions reguarding the SUV and made sure we were done in a timely manner. The buying prosess was painless, the docs were ready for us to sign them. My husband and I will be returning to John L Sullivan when it is time to purchase our next Chevy. I have all ready recommended them to family and friends.
