I will reccomend this dealership (as it was reccommended to me) to everyone that I know is looking for a new or used Chevrolet. Jose was awesome! Great car salesman to work with, I didn't feel pressured, rushed or uncomfortable. Shopping at John L Sullivan was a great experience.

I had a vehicle in mind and started with an Internet search. My search lead me to a dealership in Concord + Roseville Automall. Both Internet salesmen replied to my inquiry within minutes. Franklin, however, indicated he had the vehicle, he would be there until 7pm n suggested a test drive. Since I had already a preapproval n had all #'s I drove on in. The 2008 GMC Acadia had the best price and best options but Franklin made the package even sweeter.....added LoJack, additional warranty, dent repair, gas fill, detail. He made this a very simple, easy, fun experience. I am still grinning! Thank You Franklin....it was great meeting with you and as a woman shopping alone I appreciate your total professionalism!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Back in December my daughter purchased a 2006 Toyota Solara from Toyota at the Roseville mall that had over a 100, 000 miles on it and she is currently making payments on this vehicle. She was given a 90 day warrenty. Well about a week and a half ago we took the vehicle back to the dealership because the heads were leaking and according to the mechanics at Roseville Mall the car had a blown head gasket after only five months and it was gonna cost my daughter about 2500.00 to fix. My daughter is only twenty five years old and has a small child to raise. The dealership said that they were sorry this happened, but that there was nothing they could do because the warrenty had expired.
At this point my daughter was upset and we were also upset because we were not able to help her. Her boyfriend made a call to the main office. And to our surprise received a call back from John L. Sullivan himself.

Mr. Sullivan set an appointment for my daughter to bring her car back to the Roseville Mall and to be fixed at no charge! We could not believe it, he made it right. I would absolutely by a car from John L Sullivan and you can bet Ill be telling all my friends and family about this.

After going to a few other dealerships first, and being sorely disappointed in how I was treated at their locations, I decided to look for a car online first. I found my Hyundai Santa Fe at the John L Sullivan website, and from start to finish, the folks there made everything as easy for me as possible. Byron had the car waiting for me as soon as I stepped onto the lot. The car was in great condition, drove like a dream, and I got a great deal on it too! What a great car, I bought a new chevy cruise,I never thought I could have a new car for the price I could afford. Byron did everthing I wanted and much more .The is so beautiful and drives great. I also liked the after sales person that explained all the features of the car.I went to work and told everyone what a great car I bought and how wonderful everyone was to me. I spoke with Franklin before I made the hour drive to Roseville, did not like the color of the advertised car, I wanted Blue, he talked to someone and got back to me and told me I could have the blue for the advertised price of the other color. There were only two on the lot so he pulled one and put it in the back so it would be available when I got there. Test drove the Equinox, said I wanted it and the deal would depend on what I would be given for my trade in and the interest rate, he made an offer I said no I would not take less than a certain amount. I drove away in the Equinox.

I was in the market for a certified used Chevy Malibu and decided to look at John L Sullivan's website because a few of my friends/co-workers had great car buying experiences there. I found a good selection of Malibu's at great prices online so I scheduled a test drive. I am an incredibly indecisive person however so it took me a while to settle in on what I wanted. My salesman John Miller was very helpful in making my decision, as well as the buying process as easy as possible. He presented all the options to me and worked very hard at securing an amazing deal.

Even though I was in need of a new vehicle I was dreading going to a dealership and getting that pushy feeling from the salesman. I'm happy to say that wasn't the case here. John Miller was as friendly, helpful and patient as could be. If I am looking for another vehicle in the future I will definitely come back to John L Sullivan and ask for John Miller.
