My Review of Ken Garff Honda of Riverdale:
In the past buying a car has been one of the most stressful events I have ever had. Other Car Dealerships can be very pushy and they make the whole process of buying a car miserable. In November my husband and I bought a used Honda Accord from Mike Mittendorf. Even though it was a "used car" he treated us like gold. Very interested in our needs and very honest with our questions. Recently my car was vandalized and when I decided to trade it in for a new car Mike and Ken Garff Honda was the first place of thought of. I actually went without my husband because I knew Mike would take great care of me. He is very honest, not pushy, actually cares about the customer and he spent a lot of time with me finding the perfect car. As I was going through the process of negotiation I was feeling a little stressed and another salesman, Jason Williams, joked with me and actually bought me a drink. I wasent even his customer!! I love my new Honda Accord and I would recommend Ken Garff Honda to Anyone. We have bought two cars from their dealership in less than six months!! Excellent customer service by their whole staff!!

My Review of Ken Garff Honda of Riverdale:
I went in to the dealership hoping to learn more about the products and services that the dealer provides. Mike was very very helpful in helping me learn about finance options and different features about the new Honda Civic and the Honda Accord. Mike answered every question that I had and was never pushy with anything that we talked about or any car that we looked at. I loved how he was able to have a casual conversation about the cars in a business manner! I was able to feel relaxed and know that I could have what I wanted for me without any pressure! Thanks Mike!!!

My salesperson was very helpful and knowledgable about all the cars they have on the lot. He was able to find a car that was perfect for my budget and a car that I really love. My credit is not the best but they were still able to get me a great deal. I will for sure be visiting them when I need another car.

Several years ago I purchased a Mercedes at Ken Garff Mercedes Benz in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am very pleased to now have a Ken Garff Honda dealership closer to home, in Ogden. My daughter has always wnated a Honda, the staff at Ken garff Honda have been great.
