He presented the features of the van very well. He also was very polite and was easy to talk to. He could understand what our interests where in buying the van.

Had a great experience with Johannes Alberty buying my new Highlander. He was friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. Didn't feel overly pressured by him and he gave us time to talk in private without feeling rushed. He's very nice and was also very knowledgeable about the car and its features - and pragmatic in what would be valuable to me. I would definitely recommend asking for him if you're buying a car at Olathe Toyota.

I have been to this dealership for 5 other cars. It has always been excellent and today's was the absolute best--making the best of a bad situation by given me their most cost cutting deal by cutting their margins down to minimal if any. Yet, the owner (Kelly) and Shannon (sales person) and Jim (the loan officer) and Kim (customer service manager) all treated me with great generosity and respect. I will gladly and do gladly recommend them and would be happy to publicly say so. Shannon (sales person) has worked with my family for about six years and she has always been so accommodating, courteous, polite and makes the customer feel part of her family, thus, interested in the customer's best. I have nothing but good to say about the entire organization. I might add, the owner, Kelly Thomas, is an outstanding gentlemen with great integrity which is why he was so helpful in dealing with my car and its demise and then a subsequent new purchase. Kelly truly represents the old school way of doing business and I will continue to send him as many customers as I possibly can. I consider Kenny Thomas Olathe the best in their field.

The service I got from Mario and Casey was exceptional. My experience with them and Olathe Toyota was outstanding and I will recommend this dealership and Mario and Casey to others. They were fair, courteous and knowledgeable. When it's time for me to purchase another car, I will return to Olathe Toyota.

Excellent service, great customer service, a wonderful , unequaled experience, will like to work with Robert and the dealership again.Definitely will recommend them to my families and friends. Robert walked me through the various features of the car and exhibited such professionalism better than most car sales men i have come about. Kudos for a great service

I had the pleasure of meeting Yo in 2005 when I walked up to the door of the dealership, he is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has a good since of humor. I told him I was interested in a Rav 4 and he took some information about me and showed me some Ravs, I left with a 2005 Rav 4 that day. I have told several people about my experience with Yo and how curtious everyone is at Olathe Toyota, but to ask for Yo when they go to buy a vehicle, he will be honest and upfront with you. I have been buying my vehicles from their ever since that day. My husband has bought his trucks through Yo and my parents have bought their cars through Yo. Everyone that I have referred to Yo has been very happy with the way they are treated.
Yo also calls us to make sure we are happy with our vehicles and he sends text to wish us happy holidays.
Yo is a great asset to Olathe Toyota and has become a good friend to me and my family.

When I first walked into the Olathe Toyota dealership parking lot in 2008, Mr. Yo Phisaisawat welcomed me with a big smile and friendly gesture. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal and the vehicle I desired. He called me right after I got my car to make sure everything was okay. He calls or e-mails me when there is any specials and/or promotion going on. He always stops by to chat when I take my car for service.

After I bought my Highlander from him, I referred at least 5 other friends to him and he took great care of them just the same way he did for me. It's not easy to find a honest car salesperson who seems really enjoys what he does, very passionate about where he works, and treats every customer like his own friend. I would definitely recommend Yo to be your car sales representative at Olathe Toyota because he will not only make it a very pleasant experience, but also gain a friendship in the process.

Yo Phisaisawat is the number one salesman. He works hard to get you the best deal. He is easy to work with and VERY friendly... :O)
