Zen made purchasing a CPO Volvo easier than grocery shopping. Total time to review vehicles, test drive, and close the deal = 2.5 hours. At no time did anyone make us feel pressured! I would recommend buying from this dealership and from Zen. These guys know the customer service business!

My Review of Keystone Motors Berwyn:
This is the 3rd Volvo S-80 that I have leased from Zen and the folks at Keysone Volvo - Berwyn. Zen contacted me in mid-Febuary to start the process of ending my existing lease (June 2012) and finding a new one. Zen was terrific. He found
a new Volvo 2012 S-80 T-6 with a financing package which met my budget constraints.
The whole process was exceedingly friendly and efficient. Followup after the transaction was also terrific

Excellent, timely and efficient service. They kept me informed and gave me estimates of time and cost along the way. They provided information about options and gave me choices about what I needed done and in what timeframe. In short, they treated me with respect like an intelligent human being.

Always friendly and courteous. The best service experience site I've had the pleasure of using over forty years of driving.

It is with great satisfaction that I write this regarding Keystone Volvo and our recent 2012 XC70 purchase on May 2, 2012. The Keystone service was exceptional and the staff (Alan Kirsch) could not have been more courteous and helpful during the entire process. Kudos to Keystone Volvo and especially Alan on their desire to earn my business and their ability to make it amicably happen. I look forward to this relationship persisting through the ownership of this car and onto the next whenever that may be.

My Review of Keystone Motors Berwyn:
Prior to March of 2006, my husband and I drove Lincoln Continentals or Chrysler New Yorkers. In 2006 I was desperately in need of a new,RELIABLE car. My husband had passed away in 2005, so my daughter (a Volvo devotee) suggested that we take a drive to Keystone Volvo in Berwyn. I found the perfect vehicle for myself right away. It is the most reliable car I have ever owned. Zero problems!

Taking my Volvo in for standard maintenance is never an ordeal - the Keystone Berwyn Volvo Service folks are always friendly and thorough. The Waiting Area is actually a pleasant experience. Freshly brewed coffee, current newspapers, magazines, and large screen television. I love the sprawling desk-area! One is comfortably able to do paper-work or work on his computer.

I purchased my 2008 volvo c-70 from Keystone motors new. I have had it serviced by them since purchasing. They have scheduled my appointments quickly, have been serviced promptly when I arrive, explained any additional service recommended and offered it at reasonable pricing. The quality of work is excellent my car rides today as when I purchased it 4 years aago and the staff are friendly and professional. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

My Review of Keystone Motors Berwyn:
When I went to Keystone Volvo in Berwyn to hopefully trade in my 2000 Dodge Dakota I was not expecting a good visit or turnout but boy was I supprised,Alan and Khalid who sit next to each other were realy down to earth and genuine knowing that I was not there to drop 40k on a new Volvo but there to hopefully make a trade on an 8k used Volvo,Khalid walked me out to the car with the keys and we went for the ride came back and said to me "are you interested" and "Is there anything you would like me to fix or repair to your liking" The trade in value was suprising and so was the final price of the well documented car so we went forward,a week later Khalid was off so Alan took over with the paperwork and delivered my car which was detailed to perfection with all of the changes made that I requested to Khalid earlier in that week,I had one issue with a vibration the next day I brought it back and was greeted by both Alan and Khalid and introduced to Ken Upton the service manager who took my car in and it was looked after immediately,I cant say how satisfied I am with these three guy's and how genuine and real they all are,I am so happy with my car and am thrilled to know that I have found not only a new dealership that I can trust but people who know how to treat a customer with good old fashioned buisness that we can all appreciate in these times we are in now. "Volvo For Life" is my new slogan for sure...

I had a wonderful experience at Berwyn Volvo. I had a problem with my convertible top going up and down. They ordered the needed part and when it came in, they offered to give me a "lender", but I chose to wait. The waiting area is very nice, clean and comfortable. The service was done in good time and still under warranty - the best!
