My Review of Land Rover Hanover:
When I started to look at the new Evoque I popped into the Hanover location and met Anthony. He took me for a test drive right away and was very informative and knowledgeable about the Evoque. After I drove it I knew I wanted to purchase it. I went to another dealer but they were high pressure, and Anthony took his time and explain how everything works on ordering. There was no sales pitch, and he was very professional to me at all times.

I got the Evoque a month early, and I am driving it now. Its an amazing car, and if I have any other questions I know I can go back to talk to Anthony anytime. I would recommend him if you are looking at any Range Rover.

My Review of Land Rover Hanover:
Upon visiting on that Wednesday my wife and I were greeted promptly from your front desk attendant and I was told to ask for your Sales Manager, Michael Feit. Michael came right out of his office and greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked me into his office. My wife and I felt very comfortable in our discussion of the available Lexus you had. We went over up front figures and had a good honest discussion which I had lacked in my previous visits to other dealerships. Michael made me and my wife feel very comfortable in our discussions. I then asked if I could take a test drive and that is when Michael turned me over to your Sales Guide Anthony Elliott.

Anthony greeted us with a warm welcome as well. He walked us out to look at the vehicle, and came on the test drive with us. A true gentleman and very courteous as he answered all our questions about the vehicle. Very knowledgeable, very polite and once again made me and my wife very comfortable during the test drive.

Finally ending back at the dealership, we knew that this was the car we were interested in. We ended up getting a very fair price for the Lexus, a very fair price for my trade and a very good experience on the entire process. Agreeing on the deal, turned out excellent and I couldn’t be happier.

I picked up my very clean, detailed Lexus 2 days later and smoothly went over all the closing paperwork with Anthony. I know Anthony went out of his way to find the best possible finance options for me. Once again, first class service.

I very rarely take the time to express my gratitude, but thought in this case I would do so. I will definitely refer anyone I know to your dealership and who knows, if I ever decide to switch into a Land Rover, you will be the first to know. Please let Michael and Anthony know how much we appreciated their help in making our Lexus purchase a memorable one!

Great operation and keep up the good work! You should be proud of your support staff, they made the difference!

Wow, this is a review worthy of an editorial in a car magazaine! This is exactly what the Land Rover Way is all about. The sales, service and ownership experience should always be positive, and create a desire to come back to the same place in the future. Although you did not purchase a Land Rover, we treat our pre-owned vehicles of other brands in the same way. Our experience with Land Rover of Hanover was exemplary. Tim O'Donnell did a superb job finding a vehicle that met our needs and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want because it was on the lot. Communications were frequent and accurate keeping us apprised of developments throughout the process. He also did an excellent job explaining vehicle operation in detail. A top notch experience all around.

My Review of Land Rover Hanover:
I worked with Anthony last week and had a fantastic experience. I was referred to him by a friend who has bought several cars from him, and it became very clear why Anthony is recommended so highly. He was beyond accommodating. He even scheduled his day around my son's nap! He was knowledgeable, answering every question I had, and even giving me information I should have been asking about. Most of all, it was refreshing to be working with someone who obviously had my and my family's best interests at heart.

Anthony bent over backwards to make the process as smooth as possible, and in my opinion, took customer service to a new level. He was a pleasure to work with and we will be back to the dealership, just to do business with him.

It was a pleasure working on Mellyssa on this purchase, she was very accomodating of the multiple test drives and endless questions. She worked very hard to make the deal come together.
The delivery and scheduling has been flawless, with everything happening at the times agreed upon.
Additionally, the management team worked very hard to get the value I wanted on my trade in.
Overall, one of the easiest and best auto purchase experiences I have had.
