It was great. A very easy experience. After getting discouraged at several other dealerships. Low book looked at my credit history not just by the number. They were able to get me into a great car for a great price I will buy all my vehicles at lowbook.

Honestly I was very impressed at how helpful and friendly everyone at low book was. They were patient with me but also were able to help me in a short time. I will definitley go back to low book and I will recommend Low book to everyone I know. Thank you so much Low Book sales!!

My Review of LowBook Sales:
Your employees asked us what we wanted in a car and worked very hard to get us that. We have been to many different dealers and all they wanted to do is sales the most expensive car and large payments. Your sales staff worked hard to make sure we got the loan and payments that we could afford and put us in the van we wanted. It is nice to know that there is atleast one dealership who still puts the customer first. Low book sales will be the first place we look in the future.

My Review of LowBook Sales:
I wanted to get a loan for a car outside of the dealership, but it was explained that the only way I'd qualify is if I had near perfect credit. Since I didn't they advised me I'd have to get a car from their lot. A bit disappointed. Although, I did find a car that I could live with, I just didn't feel like any of the cars on the lot were for me. Oh well, I need a car, after I build my credit I can get a car somewhere else.

My Review of LowBook Sales:
They did not listen when we would tell them what we were looking for - for example, if we said our budget was 6,000$ they would say "ok, this car only costs 10,000. Or if we said $3,000 then they would say "uh-huh, well this one is only 7,000.". Its like they didn't care!
I had also asked via phone about one car in particular, which they confirmed the details on. When we showed up though, the details were unconfirmed and it was "all a mistake" (they had left off an important digit which put the miles 100,000 more on it!) Since i had called and they had verbally confirmed it, i was a little annoyed that they said it was all a mistake.

I wanted to purchase a pickup to haul my boat, they had a nice diesel ford they wanted to sell me, but after I took the truck and had it for apox a week, they were unable to get me financed in this Veh. They worked very hard and found a 2005 ford F150 that was nicer and a little less expensive, they made sure on the spot the financing was in before I left the lot. One week after I purchased this truck I noticed a small leak from the rear end, I took it back to them to see if they would honor their warranty, and in less then 2 hours they had the leak fixed and I have been very happy since. David was my salesman, and I would buy from him again.

My Review of LowBook Sales:
I was always hesitant about buying a car from anywhere other than a branded dealership. However, when we drove by and saw the 2006 Mustang GT (with many custom features) at the front of the lot we thought we would at least take a look. My husband started drooling on the window, so I thought to satisfy his drooling ways we would at least go in and talk to someone, maybe even let him test drive it. First I was surprised there were no pushy salesman on the lot. Peter (the jingle guy)approached us and asked if he could help. We asked for a test drive; no problem. The price was on the window; no haggling. We test drove the car and my husbands drooling intensified into more of a starry-eyed slobber. Peter was very easy going and we felt comfortable with him and decided to look at financing options. Now, I already new we were not going to buy this car, because I just knew Low Book Sales was for people with poor credit,no credit, etc. and even though the price of the car was good... they were going to gouge us with a high interest rate and unnecessary add-ons. But to my surprise they had many financing options at low rates and a reasonable warranty package. No one was trying to talk us into anything we didn't want or need. Okay, I was wrong! We bought the car and enjoyed making the purchase. My husbands drooling problem has ceased and a huge smile appears every time he talks about his Mustang GT with all the extras. Thanks Peter and Dave for a Great car buying experience. We have already told several of our friends to check you guys out when they are in the market for a vehicle.

My Review of LowBook Sales:
I bought a used BMW and ended up having some issues that needed repairs.
Low Book stepped up 110% and I was incredibly impressed with the CEO's personal involvement in rectifying ALL the issues I had. He even got me parts and service at highly rediced prices. These guys are truly stand up people and a pleasure to deal with. Don't go anywhere else- these guys rock!

WOW!!!! I have never had a dealership be so upfront on everything. The process was really fast. Chris listen to us and found us the perfect vehicle for our family. It was nice that they had prices on the window and warranties on every vehicle. We will be back when we are ready to trade-in.

Finally a car dealer that does it right. The price was on the window. All the cars were certified and came with a warranty. They were polite. I love Low Book Sales and would go back for my next car. Also, the car I purchased was not the car I really wanted. When I went back to the dealership, they switched me into another vehicle (A Ford F350) that I really loved. Thanks Low Book!!!! Mark
