We realley like how Joshua handeled himself with us. Jordan and the sales staff spent a couple hours after closing time finding me the vehicle I wanted, They (meaning Jordan Sullivan, Jim Ottilie Sales Manager, and a couple of others)never acted like they closing time finding me the vehicle I wanted, They (meaning Jordan Sullivan, Jim Ottilie Sales Manager, and a couple of others)never acted like they were in a hurry and nothing but friendly, curteous and a little bit humorous. I checked the price against E-Bay sales and it was very comparable but I think they gave more for my trade in than most making it a great deal in my mind. Overall it was a fun experience and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. More

Jeff was very very open friendly and honest. Not like other dealerships I had visited that day. I left those feeling pressured and with a bad taste in my mouth that something was up with the cars they we other dealerships I had visited that day. I left those feeling pressured and with a bad taste in my mouth that something was up with the cars they were trying to sell me. Jeff never once pressured me or put me in any situation that made me feel uncomfortable. He and Ashley did everything possible to finance my new/used car at a price that I could afford. Yes it did take a little extra work to get the price to what I wanted but that was not Jeff or Ashley's fault they are just doing what the banks want. I would highly recommend Marion Used cars to anyone. I am totally impressed by my car and above all the excellent customer service shown at the dealership. Jeff made me feel like family and just not like a dealer and dealership just looking to make a sale. More

Unfortunately I did not get the car I originally wanted, however, the first car they suggested is the one I ended up buying. I didn't have an urge to look at another vehicle because I absolutely LOVE the ca however, the first car they suggested is the one I ended up buying.
