My Review of McGeorge Toyota Scion:
After considerable research into assorted automobiles, we finally decided on a Corolla S for gas mileage, overall quality, reasonable price, and attractive appearance. Fairly stripped down--no moon roof, no fancy radio, perhaps stick shift. To get an idea of where to go, we found what appeared to be a generic Toyota website and entered "Corolla S" to see what was available in our locality that would meet our wishes. This was on a Monday night around 9:30, with the expectation that we'd hear something in a couple of days. David Lowenhagen immediately responded, and an excellent e-mail discussion ensued on the next morning. He listened, researched, and responded helpfully and thoughtfully. He found that what we were looking for was possibly set to arrive in two or three weeks but invited us to test-drive a similar model on the lot. We made an appointment with him for that Friday. The car we test-drove was a pleasure to drive and to sit in, and we liked its looks, as well. David found that the car we'd discussed in our e-mail conversation had begun its assembly even as we were sitting there! He told us all the costs, savings, and rebates available--no arm twisting and excellent pricing. That clinched it and a "hold" was put on our Corolla S before it was even fully born. Less than two weeks later, David called that our car was there. The financing we'd arranged clicked into place immediately, the insurance company got into touch with the financer and the dealer, and, when we went to the dealer at 2:00 on Friday, absolutely everything was done and ready. It was the most pleasant, seamless, painless major purchase experience of a lifetime. David was vigilant, polite, friendly, and willing to bend over backward to help us. A truly fine salesman in a good dealership.

During the few months of search. He made my trip up from Florida to

Sean Jones was our salesman. He did an excellent job explaining how the vehicle worked and letting me try things out. He explained everything all over again for my husband who was not with me on the first visit. I got prices from two other Toyota dealerships. After meeting Sean I had no need to revisit the other car dealerships. He was friendly, accommodating, and flexible. I have to say he was one of the best sales people I've ever worked with. Thank you Sean!! I love my new car!

My Review of McGeorge Toyota Scion:
Garland never gave up on us as we were checking around at other dealerships.When what we wanted was not on the lot and not scheduled to come in soon, he found what we wanted at another dealership . We got the car we wanted at a very good price. I was already a McGeorge customer as I purchased a Prius in 2006 from them. I love their service department. I have two choices of where to wait downstairs if I want to watch TV and socialize ,upstairs where it is much quieter with computers and phones to use.The services employees are exceptional. I appreciate the ride to find my car and of course the free car washes.

My Review of McGeorge Toyota Scion:
Sean Jones, the salesman, was terreific. He answered all our questions and took alot of time explaining the operation of the vehcile to us. There were no pressure sales and went above and beyond his job description to ensure that we were brought up to speed about the information and operation of our new vehicle. Buying a new vehcile is stressful for anyone, and Sean made the experience pleasurable with as little stress as possible.

John Ward was also great during the finance period. He explaned all the warranties and made sure that we understood what we needed in aftermarket products. There was no pressure sales from John on any products, especially those that we did not need.

This is the second vehicle that a family member has brought from McGeorge Toyota within a month. Ali, who was the salesman at the used car center assisted my daughter in purchasing her first vehicle. He took his time explaining the vehicle to her and what she needed. A first time vehicle buyer doesn't know much about pruchasing a vehicle, and Ali made it an enlightening education for her.

CJ handled the financing for her and took his time explaining everything to her and made sure that she made informed decisions toward her financing. Because of our experience with Ali and CJ, we chose to go back and buy another vehicle from McGeorge Toyota.

My family's overall expreience with McGeorge Toyota was exceptional, and I would not hestiate to recommend Ali or Sean to anyone who is looking for a used or new vehicle.

My Review of McGeorge Toyota Scion:
Actually a pleasant experience buying a car...which I haven't had the last 3 cars I bought. Felt that they not only wanted to get me in the car I wanted, but wanted to get me the best deal possible. Didn't feel like I was being lied to or 'hustled' the whole time. I told them exactly what I wanted, they got it and a price quick. They were straight with me about the advantages and disadvantages of the car, and the different option packages. A co worker had bought the same car (Venza), except an '11 (mines a '12) from a dealer in No.Va. and had a miserable time. The FIRST price I got from these guys was significantly lower than his FINAL price. Also did a trade in, and they gave me $700 more than anyone else I talked to offered. Craig even delivered my new car and picked up my trade in for me. Couldn't have been an easier transaction, even the financing was a breeze. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Duane was most helpful in facilitating the sale, getting a great price, including trade in value, and staying on top of the order. There was a problem with the details of the order and he helped make appropriate adjustments.
He also was most helpful with the awkward way Toyota handles satellite radio, arranging for a discount and someone to come to the dealership to do the installation.
