this has been the worst dealership ever. I didn't buy from them and I would not recommend anyone ever. I had a wonderful experience with Mtn View Nissan.

My Review of Mtn View Ford Lincoln:
While we did not purchase a vehicle we had a pleasant experience with Mtn. View Ford. Dave Pickett returned my emails after hours on Sunday and was very laid back and professional. No high pressure and did not act offended at all by my offer on a Ford Fiesta. I just couldn’t bring myself to pay what Ford asks for a Fiesta. It’s a nice little car and very well reviewed but it’s still a Fiesta.

We also spoke with Doug Cawood who tried very hard to work with us without being pushy, even though it was the last day of the month.

I would recommend this dealer and if I find myself in the market for a Ford will return.

My husband and I went to purchase a 2011 Ford Explorer.. We were very pleased with how Mr. Kesler helped us with that purchase. When we had a question, he was very detailed in his response. He also took time out to make sure that we were completely satisfied with all aspects of purchasing our Explorer.. Price, Rate, Terms etc.

Recently purchased a new 2010 F-150. I traded in 2 vehicles and feel as though I got a fair price for them. I was hoping for something a little more aggressive than what I actually received for trade value which is the only reason I gave a 'good' rating for price. People were very friendly and courteous and more than willing to help. Great, smooth transaction.

My Review of Mtn View Ford Lincoln:
There are many reasons why I rated this dealership a great rating, but the main reason is that I had a question, not a very important one, just a run of the mill question. I asked the question on my facebook status, I am friends with Mtn View Ford Lincoln Mercury. My question was about shop hours and that I am having a problem with the weather striping on my New Ford Fusion. Shaun commented the hours plus let me know that he would be more than happy to replace the faulty strip. This was answered after hours! It was 9:30 at night, it could have waited till morning but me be being a valued customer he follwed up. When I commented thanks, he again replyed for me not to hesitate at all to ask anything. I am truly impressed with the dedication the staff at this dealership, especially Shaun Kesler have towards customer service. Best dealership hands down. I don't ever see a need to go to another dealer ever again.

My Review of Mtn View Ford Lincoln:
Contacted David on Wednesday October 6th and told him I needed a car in a specific price range when I arrived at the dealership he had started pricing several cars he thought were in the range I had suggested. I had my granddaughters with me and he was very patient in knowing I had to devote part of my time to them. He showed me all the different cars and was very knowledgeable about the different features available. He also arranged for me to carry the car home so my husband (who gets off after your hours every night) could decide if this was the car he wanted. Was very good at getting all information together and not wasting my time. I had a bad experience with a rental car and he called the rental agency and arranged a replacement car and even came and stayed with me until it arrived. Went over and above whatever I might have expected in customer service. Helped out twice with SYNC system and never appeared like he minded helping out. You have a very good employee who actually listened to what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell!!!

My Review of Mtn View Ford Lincoln:
I had a really good experience with the dealership. I first was checking on things online and David (the sales representative) contacted me to to see if he could help me with any questions and offer any information that I would need. I also received a call from Shawn (the sales manager)before I even came down to see if David was answering all of my questions and helping in every way. I also found Jason Rose to be so extremely helpful. I will definitely recommend the salesman and the dealership to everyone.

I have always been met at the door and promptly ask if I could be directed to someone specific, or if they themselves could help me. Never had to wait for long periods of time for quotes. Never felt pressured to buy, it was always my choice. All 3 of the main people I have dealt with were extremely friendly. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Mtn View Ford. James Stalling was the salesman, but I have had dealings with Shaun Kesler and Rodney Grimes as well. The overall experience was awesome. I always felt that I was always given a fair price. A+ for Mountain View Ford Lincoln Mercury.
