My Review Of Mungenast Hyundai:
We have been researching and looking at cars for some time. We finally narrowed our search to the brand of car and type then debated between the models and year. We visited several dealerships at first, Lou Fusz, Enterprise Leasing, Dean Team, Seeger, etc. We talked to a lot of friendly sales personnel that were all happy to try to sell us a car at first but on the second visit, our sales person were less interested. Some of the sales people acted in a rush others just got tired of us blathering them with questions. Most of them just wanted us to stop talking and just buy a xxxx car! We’re saying all this to say this is not the reaction when stepping into Mungenast dealership one Saturday morning. The person we originally had an appointment with was too busy to assist us (which we thought was another cool shoulder from a sales rep) but he introduced us to Weldon Streeter saying “he’ll take real good care of you”. He was absolutely correct! Weldon didn’t seem bothered with our questions or limited knowledge about the car. He was straight forward and factual with the answer which didn’t alter just to satisfy our thoughts just to make the sell for the day.
When we came back the second time, we anticipated the service to be indifferent because we failed to close the deal the first time. Instead Weldon approached us the same friendliness as before providing us the best service ever which was different from any of the other dealerships we had visited in the earlier months. The dealership went way above what we anticipated to make are purchase the best and most satisfying choices we made in a long while. By the way, they even found my wife’s color choice!
