We bought a 2009 VW Tuareg and then leased a 2023 VW ID. 4 for 3 years. Everything was sweetness and light when we bought the Tuareg and leased the ID.4. When we went to return the ID.4, we were dinged $ 4 for 3 years. Everything was sweetness and light when we bought the Tuareg and leased the ID.4. When we went to return the ID.4, we were dinged $450.00 for one tire that was different than the other four. The issue is that it was Neillo who replaced the tire when it was damaged. When I asked what could be done about it, I was bounced back and forth between Sales and Parts and Service. To add insult to injury, when I asked to get a ride back after dropping off the ID.4, it was like I didn't exist. Much different than after every service over the course of 14 years. You couldn't pay me to buy another VW, at least from this dealership. Cheap and lack of loyalty is NOT a good look. More

Brandon kept me informed every step of the way and was extremely friendly and professional. I was able to work in a cubby area on my laptop. I was in the cubby closest to the back wall.
