This was my second experience with the car service department. My first visit was after an accident on the PA Turnpike….a first EVER accident for me but after speaking to Paula, my fears worries. and department. She helped me with the insurance claim and all other paperwork. Tony did an excellent job in overseeing and completing all body work and got my car in perfect shape to get back on the road with confidence! Phil Fitts Ford has the best customer service I’ve ever had at any dealership in my life.
