Victor Moreno is a very good sales man.He showed us alot of cars, that had great prices. Also he made sure we liked our choice of car, he never pressured us in buying a car.We took our time to choose our new car.Victor was very patient with us when we were debating on two cars.

My Review of Rancho Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I came to Rancho Ford looking for a vehicle to replace my leased car that was going back at the end of the month. Connie greated us with a smile and was such a great sales person, she made the whole experience so delightful. I was originally looking at the Ford Escape, but Connie showed me a beautiful Mercury Mariner that I ended up taking home with me that night. I was excited to buy from Rancho Ford because they have been an awesome partner with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure event for years. I have personally worked with Donna and her team to make the event a success for both parties for the past two years. Everyone who helped us that night was amazing, so friendly and helpful. I am very happy to be part of the Rancho Ford Family. Thank you for everything you do!

My Review of Rancho Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I recently purchased a 2009 Ford Mustang from this dealer.All I can say is that they are best. I had a 1995 Chevy Camaro that was on it's last leg , when I found what I was looking for. Adam had showed me the inventory of Mustangs and Fusions. I saw one that caught my attention and the pricing was just right. The 2009 45th anniversary Mustang I purchased is just what I was looking for.

Not only did I get a great car, but the staff there were friendly, helpful and got me through the process. They were honest and not pushy and answered all the questions up front. I was at other dealerships before, and only got the bait and switch routine.I kept my options open on buying a car.

I should have gone there a long time ago!!! I recommend this dealership to anyone. Their staff really excellent at what they do.
I am very satisfied at my purchase and experience.

I needed a new car and I was not an easy person to deal with. Before I made my visit to Rancho, I had been to 8 or 9 different car dealerships and nothing to show for it. I happen to work close to Rancho Ford, so decided to check it out on my lunch break. From there I met Jay Echeverria and the rest is history. The guy is very professional and courteous. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and were willing to work with me financial needs. What else can you ask for? I would easily recommend Rancho to my friends and family. Thanks Jay!

My Sales Consultant, Jay, was very friendly and helpful when I purchased my new car. I found the dealership to be very fair when negotiating a price. And I love my new Ford Edge! Jay walked me through all the "gadgets and toys" it has, set up my Sync for me, and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable with it. I would recommend this dealership based on my experience there.

My experience was the most pleasant I've ever had. I had been talking with Vickie for some time via email. When the time came, Vickie set me up with Don, who then had Jay hammer out the details. These guys and gals went above and beyond to locate the truck I wanted, then get it to the dealership for delivery.

My Review of Rancho Ford Lincoln Mercury:
My husband and I visited the Rancho Ford Dealership in Temecula, CA. and were very impressed with the entire staff. We worked primarily with Bill Smith and he answered all of our questions regarding the Lincoln MKS which we purchased that same day. Bill was very open to all of our concerns and needs and actually sold us on buying a Lincoln, which was not originally on our list of cars to test drive. He was very helpful in all areas during our purchase and later went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the operation of all of the options the car has to offer. We are now enjoying the comfortable and quiet ride of our new Lincoln and would definately visit this dealership again and ask specifically for Bill to help us with our next purchase.

My Review of Rancho Ford Lincoln Mercury:
I needed a vehicle and someone told me to call "Steve Knoxs". I did and "wow" I glad I did. Called back right away and had a 2003 F150 XLT Truck available. We met up with Steve for a test drive, and bought truck. In and out in a 1 1/2 hours. No high pressure to buy. Asked lots of questions, including getting a free "Car Fax" and all my questions, taken care of. With Steves help purchasing the truck,I was able to be a "cosigner" for my son who was the getting truck. A very positive experience from "Steve", finance department down to the lot person who got the truck washed for us. Thanks again "Rancho ford"! Will be back !!!
