I noticed that my Camaro was leaking orange coolant heavy and took my car here for service. I was in the area and needed immediate repairs. I was told it was a radiator issue so I had a new radiator installe and took my car here for service. I was in the area and needed immediate repairs. I was told it was a radiator issue so I had a new radiator installed for $3,400. After giving them nearly $4K and trusting them because they are "Chevy," I picked up the car happily thinking all of my problems were solved. I wasn't thinking to go over my entire car with a microscope because no one does that after every service but I definitely will now. The first problem I noticed was that my AC was blasting nothing but hot air and I could feel burning hot air coming from the shifter/center console area. I immediately pulled over to inspect the rest of the car and that is when I saw that my front bumper had been seriously damaged while it was at this dealership. I drive the car back to show the service manager Mike and my tech Aaron. The first thing I mention is how Aaron and I were squatted down in front of the car when I first brought it in and I was showing him where all the coolant was leaking before. He remembers this and tells the service manager that he did NOT notice this damage when I first brought the car in. I reiterated this fact to the service manager that you have a tech here that is backing me up saying he did not see this damage when I first came in. It was either some little boy tech joyriding my car OR it was vandalized that night because they leave all the cars just sitting there in an unprotected lot. I bring the car in to have them fix the AC that they broke while fixing my radiator only to find out at the end of the service that bootlicker Mike is patently denying repairs to what clearly was damage done on their property. His excuse? Out of all 3 cracks to my bumper, ONE shows signs of previous repair. So after a car gets hit ONE time then no one is liable for damages done??? Does that even make sense? I have had cars in the past get hit in the same spot more than once and EVERY time the driver who hit me is responsible for repairing damages. Why is this place so special? Why is this place not liable like ANYONE ELSE would be? It's like one long sick joke, I honestly couldn't even believe what I was hearing. He said you can see the "hooks" from the previous repair THAT YOU COULD NOT see before the car was damaged on your property. That previous accident had been repaired years ago. That still does not account for the hole in the other side of my bumper and the giant crack down the center middle of the bumper. Even more evidence pointing to the fact that it was joyridden was that when I got the car back, I noticed immediately that the steering wheel was shaking badly. I had it inspected by a shop I trust and (pics attached) they proved that it was hideously misaligned which was NOT the case before I brought it in. Add to this the fact that the plastic shield under the car was ripped off by the bolts, I had to have my guy zip tie it back together. Also, the cherry on top, I had a giant scratch key mark down my navigation system screen (see attached pic). This is insane. The ONE star is for not being complete cowards and fixing my AC at no extra cost but I feel like that does not need commendation. Overall, I spent nearly $4,000 and incurred thousands of dollars in damage to my bumper that they are refusing to fix. More
I went in to get an oil change and decided to look at the trucks. I seen a truck that I liked. Maribel approached me and asked me if I needed any help and offered to let me test drive the truck. She went to trucks. I seen a truck that I liked. Maribel approached me and asked me if I needed any help and offered to let me test drive the truck. She went to get the key and came back with a salesman named Javon who was very helpful and was a delight to talk to. We took the truck for a test drive and after driving it, I knew that was the truck for me. So we went to go look at some numbers they got me to the price I was happy with and the payments I was happy with. The whole process was great. I would recommend this dealership to everyone that I know who is looking for a new car. I got to meet Kyle, Julian, and James they were very helpful and made me feel welcome. I didn’t feel pressured at all! They offered me the GM rewards MasterCard to make the down payment which earn me extra points, and they gave me a great offer on my trade-in. James gave me a really good deal on my extended warranty! The buying experience was great! More

Upon arr experience at Victorville Chevrolet. After being told on a recorded line that my offer was accepted, I drove over an hour to sign and drive. Upon arrival, the dealership changed the terms of our deal five times, backing out of their own verbal agreement twice. Despite being clear that we were paying cash and had a trade-in, the management team tried to force us into GM financing with over $4,000 in hidden fees. When we stood our ground, we were cussed at and told to leave the showroom. To make matters worse, I discovered 10 days later that they ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my authorization or a signed loan application. This is a direct violation of the FCRA, as there was no 'permissible purpose' to pull my credit for a cash transaction I explicitly refused to finance. I am filing formal complaints with the CFPB, FTC, and the California DMV Investigations Division. Buyers, beware of their 'accepted' phone offers; they are simply a lure to get you in the door for a bait-and-switch." More

Confirmed Availability, 90-Mile Drive… Then Two Different Stories I’m sharing this experience so other buyers can make informed decisions before traveling to this dealership. I was in direct communicat Stories I’m sharing this experience so other buyers can make informed decisions before traveling to this dealership. I was in direct communication with a salesperson named Cole at Victorville Chevrolet for three consecutive days regarding a specific vehicle: 2026 Chevrolet Trax ACTIV VIN: KL77LKEP5TC047841 Advertised price: $21,831 Cole was responsive throughout those three days and confirmed details about the vehicle. On the morning of my visit (around 10:00 AM), I spoke with Cole again and was explicitly told the vehicle was still available and that I should come to the dealership. To demonstrate I was a serious buyer, I: Submitted a credit application in advance Asked to place a deposit to secure the vehicle (this was declined) Based on that confirmation, I drove approximately 90 miles and arrived around 11:45 AM. When I arrived, Cole greeted me and then introduced me to the internet manager, Jeremy. Jeremy was now my point of contact so i belive Cole is just an appointment setter. At that point, I was told the vehicle was “out on a test drive.” Shortly afterward, Jeremy changed the explanation and stated the vehicle had actually been sold online. Those two explanations directly contradict each other, and both conflict with the confirmation I received just hours earlier before making the drive. Another important detail is the pricing. The vehicle was advertised at $21,831, while the MSRP is over $27,000 — more than a $5,000 difference. That type of pricing is what initially drew my attention, and based on this experience, it raises concerns that the vehicle may have been used to attract buyers rather than actually being available. For context, I am not new to Chevrolet. I currently own a Chevy Suburban and have owned three Chevrolets prior. I came in ready to purchase and took all the appropriate steps ahead of time to make the process smooth. Instead, I experienced a complete breakdown in communication and what felt like a very misleading process that resulted in a 180-mile round trip and several hours lost. I’m not making assumptions — just sharing exactly what happened so others can decide for themselves. Recommendation: If you are considering traveling for a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you have written confirmation and understand that the situation may not match what you were told prior to arrival. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac that I feel other buyers need to be aware of. I called this dealership about a 2022 Tesla Model 3 that was adver with Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac that I feel other buyers need to be aware of. I called this dealership about a 2022 Tesla Model 3 that was advertised at a reasonable price of $23k. Everything seemed straightforward at first--until after they ran my credit. Once that was done, the numbers suddenly changed in a major way. The total for the vehicle jumped to a grand total of $39k. They attempted to add nearly $10,000 in questionable charges, including $6,000 for "accessories," a nearly $5,000 for a “service contract”, and other add-ons that were never clearly disclosed upfront. These were not optional in how they presented them--they were baked into the deal after the fact. As a result, I took a hard inquiry hit on my credit for what turned into a completely misleading and dishonest experience. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: - Advertise a competitive price - Run your credit - Then inflate the total with unnecessary add-ons I had to walk away immediately, but the damage to my credit was already done. Buyers--be extremely cautious here. Make sure you get a full, itemized out-the-door price BEFORE allowing any credit check. What happened here was not transparent, and it's not how a reputable dealership should operate. I would not recommend doing business here. More
