What a great experience I had. I honestly did not expect to go home with a truck. They were wonderful to work with. I never felt pressured. I told them my budget and they found me the perfect truck. I would highly recommend Freddie Funston and his manager Norm.

My Review of Razzari Ford Mazda:
This is the 4th vehicle from Razzari. Always a good experience, no bad surprises cropping up,Razzari integrity. Reason for 2-4's not 5's: we needed a truck undoubtedly able to pull 10000 lb loaded 5th wheel up grades. Our 01 150 5.4L was too stressed. We couldn't afford a new 250, no used on the lot but a 01 Chevy. Did't make sense to start payments on same year truck. The salesman and manager tried to get us to sign for a new 150 but we couldn't get a garantee it would easily/adequately pull everywhere. The literature on both the 01 and the 08 said it could but our personal experience showed otherwise. As one nears the top # loadwise, the ease of towing goes to the "just makes it" range. So it was a waste of time to try to get us to sign for a new 150 when what Razzari did have was the used truck we wound up buying , a 06 350 25000 miles. While being really too big size wise it still can pull a trailer full of elephants. That said, Mello is a nice friendly likeable guy and we would recommend our friends to see him. Price was no giveaway which would make it a 5 but of course we didn't expect that either. Mr. Bruce put on a new motor for the passenger side step when the old one proved unreliable at his own volition-no cost or hassle to us-buffed it out very nicely and coordinated it all conveniently. He was very professional,representing Razarri well. He also took time to teach us the care requirments for servicing this diesel truck. The way we were cared for inspired our trust and will travel from Denair 30 miles to Merced for service in a department that is lead by a man who knows his stuff and is fair.

Milo was great with helping me pick out my car. He took his time with me and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase.He did his best at helping me get a car that would fit my budget.Moe was also great. Moe was professional and did a good job of closing the sale. Rick in the credit department was great at explaining the credit process and with finding a program that would work for me. I was impressed with the customer service skills at this dealership.

My daughter and I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Razzari. Manuel and Norm provided us with quality customer service that made the difference. Their straight forawrd, no nonsense approach when showing us cars was a tremendous help. They both presented themselves professionally and were personable in dealing with us as buyers. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the best car for our situation. I definitely recommend these two gentlemen and this dealership, you will drive away in your new car well informed and satisfied!

John was different than other dealers I had dealt with. He was patient, honest, and not overbearing. He offered a fair price and even offered to fix cosmetic issues on my vehicle after I purchased it. I would recommend John to others looking for used vehicles.

I have bought 2 used cars (Taurus) from Razzari, John Schwalbach. It was easy and straightforward. Loan & sale documents all handled. All I had to do was sign my name, write a check and go. The cars were priced fairly and are great value for cost of purchase, maintenance, gas and insurance.
