When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Andre Mooris who whas friendly, helpful, and not pushy or "sales aggressive". He processed my vehicle interests and budgetary parameters and was able to meet all of those expectations in the vehicle that orginally made me stop into the dealership. I found the vehicle on-line in the dealer's website inventory, and found the site to be very user friendly and satisfactory. All of the individuals I dealt with at the dealership treated me with professionalism, respect, and presented a positive attitude, which I had not received from some other competing dealers. I would recommend this dealership to others at any time!

We came out to see a GMC truck and met Roland who was the Sales Consultant that took us for a test drive. He was very informative, friendly with no pressure at all .We finalized the sale with George Byrnes Sales Manager who made it pleasant and took care of any concerns after the sale. We would recommend Royal Chevrolet and come back should we need need another vehicle.

I found the sales staff to be most helpful in our new vehicle purchase. Luke Reid was able to get us a great loan rate from a local bank and saved me about $1200 in interest over the course of my loan. The vehicle pricing was also good. Overall, it was a good experience.

I thought I had a problem with the thermostat on my Colorado pick-up. I had brought my truck in for service. Vince Lepore said he and the technicians could do the state inspection and see if there was anything wrong with my truck that needed repair. The mechanic could find nothing wrong with my Colorado and I paid the $16.00 State Inspection fee and my truck was inspected! What a bargain. I got expert diagnostics on my truck for a very small price. I know that State Of Virginia sets the price for state inspections. However, I know that Royal Chevrolet was looking out for me and for my Chevy truck. If and when the thermostat does fail on my truck, or anything else for that matter, I know that Vince Lepore and your wonderful service staff will be there for me and for my Colorado. I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted. Royal Chevrolet was the most convenient GM dealer to me. I found everyone to be very freindly and welcoming. My sales representative, Tony Quarles, was actually very fun to work with. I have bought many vehicles in my life time, but I have never enjoyed it any more, than my puchasing a 2013 Spark from Tony and the warm folks at Royal Chevrolet.

Simply put, Royal Ford runs a "no BS" shop. In particular, my salesman, Gabe Cooper, did not strike me as the stereotypical sleazy used car salesman everyone shudders thinking about. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely did everything he could to get the right car at the right price. I would recommend Gabe and Royal Ford 10/10 times.
