Overall a decent experience. I often feel like the quick lane service team are frustrated, but I understand they are busy. The repairs needed for my vehicle were done in a timely manner. However, it was an expensive bill, which makes sense given the repairs needed. But I would’ve appreciated a quick wash and vacuum for pick up. It felt like an area of opportunity to show above and beyond customer service, but it’s always been something that has alluded my experience so far at the dealership. More
