Looked for a 09 Jeep Gr Cherokee with certain options. While other dealers told me they couldn't get it, Westbury went on mission to find me the Jeep I wanted and got it for me. Hat's off to everybody at Westbury who made my dream become reality !!

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all my contacts. Service is fantastic. Hours are great. By far one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I needed to schedule a service appointment first thing in the morning. Called them at 11:30 pm the day before...they were open for service.

My Review of Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
This was my first service visit with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. I have 3000 miles on it and wanted to do an oil change. My salesman had setup an appointment for me but I reached the 3000 miles before that. When I called to change my appointment, I learned that I could use the new Express Lane feature at the Service Department (no appointment needed).
I arrived at the dealership at a convenient time for me and was greeted promptly and professionally. We discussed my needs and I was directed to a waiting room and offered coffee or water. I was told it would not take more than 30 minutes.
The wait room was comfortable with a cable TV (and remote) for me to idle some time away. There were recent magazines and newspapers, coffee and a few vending machines. What really perked me up was the free WiFi Internet access. I was able to check email, browse the web and stream music while waiting.
Less than 30 minutes later, my Jeep was ready, my bill was presented and I paid and checked out without any hassle. This is a great service feature that I will use often. It takes the hassle out of routine maintenance like oil changes (plus there's no fees for labor if you bought your Jeep from Westbury).

Ror the first time in my life I look forward in bringing my car to the dealer for service. The service department at Westbury is absolutely fantastic. Buy a Chrysler wherever you can get the best deal.but not even a question to get it serviced there.

From the minute that I walked through the door at Westbury Jeep I was impressed with the friendliness and prompt manner in which I was dealt with. Their was true professionalism in all departments that I had dealings with and buying a new car could not have been any easier. Having also vistied two other Chrysler local dealers I returned to Westbury for these reasons. The men that I dealt with were the "Gentlemen of the Car Industry" I would recommend Westurby Jeep to anyone and everyone who is looking to have an enjoyable, non-stressful experience when purchasing a new vehicle!

From setting up my appointment to picking up my car, everyone that I talked to was very supportive. When I dropped off my car, Lisa Chea was very knowledgeable on how my car would be worked on and definately understood that I would need the car back by the end of the day, even if it was not fixed. I was called when the car was completed, instead of having to call myself to see if the car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I did not have to wait for my car, plus it was not dirty. I have never dropped of any of my vehicles for service at a dealership where one or all of these items were lacking. Thank you.

My Review of Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
I had ordered a car at a dealership in CT whom I had been doing business with for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, 5 weeks into the order, the owner called me and told me they were going to have to give up the franchise and my order would have to go elsewhere.

I called up Westbury CJD based on a recommendation. They asked me what my current deal was, and they offered to do the same - no haggling, just “yes, we’ll help you”. This was a high demand vehicle that most dealers were charging MSRP for, and here was a dealership willing to make a new customer happy due to the extenuating circumstances. They may have not made as much money on the car as they could have, but they did earn my future business and business from my recommendations. I was treated like a long time customer from the time of my first phone call and all the way through the delivery of the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I purchased my Liberty in 2007 and have been in for periodic maintenance frequently. From the first greeting at the service desk by Janine I felt respected as a customer and my confidence in the dealership was well placed. I have had only excellent service with a caring group of professionals including Rudy and Tom in the parts department, everyone I encountered on the evening shift exemplified the professionalism and customer centered service that comes with the Jeep trademark. I selected a Jeep because of the reliability and service it provides. I recommend Westbury Jeep because that expectation of “above and beyond the call” fits the tradition of what Jeep stands for. Once again I would highly recommend Westbury Jeep for service of any vehicle and Janine, Rudy, Tom and crew to anyone.
