Walking into a car dealership as a young woman can be an imtimidating experience, however entering your dealership and being introduced to Joe Lamonica made me realize that was not the case. Right from the start Joe took the time to make me feel comfortable by discussing the different options in purchasing a vehicle. Joe was extemely knowledgeable, which helped me make the right decision. Thoughout the entire process he spent ample time with me ensuring that I was completely satisfied. My overall experience at your dealership was a success due to Joe's attention to all details from start to finish. I saw a Mitsubshi Eclipse Spyder on the Westbury Jeep website and loved it. Joe gave me info when I called and I made arrangements to come to see it and then helped me get a really good deal. Bobby in finance was the best, because he worked to get me the best possible rate and he was a miracle maker since I have 'less than perfect credit'. Thanks so much!

My family came to Westbury Jeep with one car in mind- the 2009 Dodge Journey. From start to finish Shawn our sales rep was knowledgeable about the vehicle, made us feel comfortable with our experience of test driving and buying. It was such a smooth VIP level of customer service that made us feel proud to have chosen this dealership. Secondly Steve the finance rep was very pleasant and empathetic as a family man himself and did the best he could to get us a comfortable warranty.

These two were great and our experience at Westbury Jeep made us feel happy and at home with our new vehicle. The paperwork was seamless. As a first time buyer, I was at ease and understood everything that was going on thanks to Shawn's guidance.

My Review of Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
This was the fifth car I have purchased from this dealer, so obviously I have been satisfied with their service for the last 15 years. I have purchased a Chrysler mini van, three Jeep Cherokees, and just now a used Mustang. Alex Lutsius is a good guy to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely professional. Dominic Galgano did a good job for me finding the best finance plan for what I needed, and also a good service contract. I found the Mustang on Auto Trader, and it just happened to be at the dealer I had been dealing with for many years. Alex made sure the car was perfectly prepped for delivery.

While we live in Smithtown and began our Jeep shopping there, I could not ignore the positive reviews posted about Westbury Jeep. From my first visit, the friendly manner of everyone was evident and much appreciated after having been to a couple of other dealers. The only negative was relative to the appraisal of my trade-in as the quote was substantially lower than expected based upon my extensive research which had included using Black Book (as posted on Westbury's website). It is to the credit of Westbury's Dominic Galgano that I remained to complete the purchase. He was most professional in hearing my perspective on the matter and handled it to my complete satisfaction. Dominic not only has his act together but conducts his business in a respectful and professional manner. He took the time to understand my concerns and was responsive by his actions on my behalf. As a lifelong Jeep owner, I will look towards Westbury again based on my overall experience.

My Review of Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge:
Buying the care was straight forward and easy. Just watch out for the service contracts - i got the tires for life but as soon as i needed 2 of my tires replaced they started to give me the run around about the only way i can get them is if i do the 60,000 miles service otherwise i can't get the tires that i paid for in advanced. I would buy from them but service my car at another dealer this way you can get what you pay for. Watch out they own a lot of jeep dealers on LI so take your car to East Hills Jeep.

The tires for life program is a free program that will replace your tires as long as you perform the factory maintenance at our dealership. This will prolong the life of your tires. We replace many tries each week to customers who follow this plan. I will personally discuss this with you if you would like.
