My Review Of Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion:

Yesterday morning (May 9) we hit a deer on I-70 going north on our way to Indiana. We damaged the right front bumper, the fog light and the windshield wiper reservoir. To make sure that there was no more substantial damage before continuing our trip we went to Younger Toyota.

Mr. Curtis and his body shop representative not only responded quickly in assessing the damage but also taped down the bumper edges and taped and added fluid to the windshield wiper reservoir. This was done quickly and with skill and care that was impressive.

These two representatives of Younger Toyota deserve our grateful commendation for service excellence. They helped us overcome a difficult situation so we could continue on our trip without major concern about the Highlander's safety.

My Review Of Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion:

Louis is a top notch professional who is kind, caring and efficient. This is my second vehicle purchase for Louis. He went beyond the call of "salesman duty" to find me a vehicle that was compatible with my disability, but also in my price point. I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! All I can say is KUDOS and thank you Louis Lee for a job way beyond well done. Younger is blessed to have him as a salesman.

My Review Of Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion:

Well, I thought I should keep maintenance of my 2006 Toyota Sienna at a Toyota dealer. I can honestly say I would not recommend Younger Toyota. I scheduled a regular maintenance and an estimate of body work of my vehicle. After 45 min, a service person comes out and shows me a list of things that could be done. I opted to have new tires and asked her if they had time to do it while they had my car up. She replied yes and gave me no idea of the wait time. 2 hours latter, after hunting her down, I asked how much longer it would be? She replied 45 more minutes. I asked to see the body work estimate that was part of the original work order and she told me it had not been done yet. After waiting longer into third hour, an employee decides to wash my car without asking or informing me and looses all of my decals off my vehicle. Great. I informed the Service Manager, Tony, of how disappointed I was of the quality of service. He said he would look into it and look for the decals, but I never heard from him again. The next week, I was scheduled to get the body work completed. I dropped it off Monday morning. While they had my car, I was offered a rental through Enterprise. I had the rental from Monday morning until Tuesday 5:30 when I picked my car up. Younger told Enterprise that I had the car until Wednesday at 12:30, so they were going to charge me for another day. On top of that, my windshield was covered in overspray from the bodywork and they didn’t replace a stud in the plastic wheel well. I could still see ripples in the body work and feel bumps in the paint. Not a good experience with Younger Toyota at all. I’m sure this is not what the Younger family had in mind for quality service. We are totally satisfied with our recent purchase at Younger Toyota--from the minute we pulled in to get service on our Prius 'til we signed the last paper to complete trading in that Prius and buying our 2012 Camry. I have trusted my Toyota maintenance to this dealership for almost 10 years. This was my first experience purchasing there, and it was terrific! Mara is thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicles and really listened to me. She was attentive, but put on no pressure at all. The price was fair and I felt I received a fair price for my trade-in. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

My Review Of Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion:

I, unfortunately had totaled my toyota camry during the last snowstorm and needed to get another vehicle. I have been a younger customer for many years and have purchased three cars from there. After searching the area for cars, I found younger had the best deals. After speaking with Jill at customer services, she introduced me to Jackie Hessong, one of the sales reps in used cars. How lucky I was. She was the perfect fit for me, as I am very particular when dealing with sales persons. I don't like pushy, aggressive persons who don't let you do your thing when making a purchase. Jackie is just the opposite. She listened to my situation, what I was in the market for and how much I was looking to pay. She went over the vehicles I was interested in from the website, then showed me several others that were comparable. She answered any and every question, sometimes twice, explained every aspect of each vehicle and never pushed me towards one or another. When we narrowed the choices to about 3 Forerunners, she just let me have time to think and compare my own information and wasn't in a hurry to make a sale. After choosing the vehicle we wanted, she set everything up for us and when I returned the next day, she went over everything in the vehicle in specific detail. What great customer service. If you want a great, easy going, laid back and professional sales rep, definitely see Jackie at Younger. She made my car shopping experience, a relaxed and stress free experience.

My Review Of Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion:

I saw the car my husband and I wanted online. I called and told them which car I was interested in and what I intended to do. I worked with used car sales lady Jackie Hessong. She is very personable and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Once everything was in place, she drove the car I was interested in to my house in Hanover, Pennsylvania, which is about 45 miles driving distance from them. I looked at and test drove the car, and my husband and I decided to proceed with the sale. We traded in our car towards the Toyota Yaris that we purchased from them. It was a smooth and stress free transaction, and Jackie made everything easy and pleasant. She is very friendly and helpful in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. She did not pressure us into anything, her approach was very laid back which made it easy to decide.
I would highly recommend Younger Toyota to anyone looking for a nice car at a reasonable price and that wants low pressure sales people to work with. Ask for Jackie if you are in the market for a used car, and you will find that she will do everything she can to help you find the right vehicle at the right price for you.

My Review Of Younger Motorcars Toyota Scion:

I had a very good experience at Younger. Mara addressed any questions I had on the models of the Toyota I was looking at. I was very interested in the gas mileage since I drive 130 miles to work every day. Mara also explained to me that I got free oil changes for the life of the car as long as I got changed at Younger and also free tire rotation for 2 years. Mara knew this would be very important to me. When it came time for discussing the price of the car Mara was extremely reasonable Whenever my children would say no we did not accept the deal she always went back to her manager.
Something that was also very important to me were the hours the service department was open and the amenties that were offered while waiting. I hate sitting in dealerships for 2 hrs and having nothing available but the vending machines.
Whenever I bring in my car to be service (Saturday's) Mara alway's stops by to say "hello" which I feel is good customer service.
