When you are dealing with the best felt they really cared. About my situation and worked me to make lease vehicle attractive to finalize the purchase. Stephen and Rae went over car and the way it works very carefully. Rae went over the financial part very carefully and made sure I understood every line on contract. Attitude was fantastic even from those just saying hello or am I being taken care of. I enjoyed my visit to Auffenberg Ford and will come back for service andhelp.
Joe and Travis are the best. Great service on my vehicle and they both know how to treat their customers with a great smile.

I recently purchased a new truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with great attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me find the perfect vehicle that fit my needs and budget. There was no pressure at all—just honest guidance and excellent customer service. The truck itself is amazing—exactly what I was looking for. It drives beautifully, feels comfortable, and has all the features I wanted. You can really tell the quality and care that went into it. The whole purchasing process was quick and easy, and they made sure everything was explained clearly, including financing and paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. It was truly one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had!
I bought a car and they gave me one key. Which would be fine, if it were the "admin" key. When I called they told me basically that I had to purchase another key for hundreds of dollars or pay them to reset the key, which was more than buying a new one. So, not my car will not exceed a set speed limit and I cannot turn the radio dial past level 14 because the key has limits set on it. Which was not disclosed. They also CONVENIENTLY kept telling me, "Let me get a hold of the department for this, or that, I will get back to you asap." When the time limit to back out of the purchase was past, they simply refused to even respond or answer any messages, voicemails, emails, or comments. I even got an email from the owner, asking about the experience, to which I responded my concerns to. There was no response to that. If I were you, I would avoid this place at all costs. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE, they are not honest, not helpful, do not hold true to their word, and have absolutely the most atrocious "customer service" of any car dealership that I have ever worked with. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!
Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment and I went in for an oil change only. 4 and 1/2 hours later and they didn’t even start the oil change. Why do they have you schedule an appointment and then service other vehicles that come in after you. Technician was very rude and very disrespectful
