Chris Hawkins is #1… has always been the best Honda dealership service employee and now Service Manager, that I have ever encountered at several Honda dealerships over the years that , I have used in my past! #2. As a service manager over the last several years “ what a wonderful improvement “. My 2010 Honda Element is in excellent condition because he has been there to make sure that my vehicle gets the best service!!! The previous service manager did not seem to be interested when I called in regarding my Honda Element. He was less than interested! Customer “SERVICE “ is highly important and Chris Hawkins is excellent at giving Patty Peck customers the RELIABILITY and accurate Vehicle care they deserve !
