Trading with a dealer, and a good one is worth and profitable. Finally all what you do is enjoy the car and whenever there is a problem you have a team thinking and working for you. I respect all that engagements the maintenance department deploys on customers services. They think among your expectations only to let you having a beautiful lifetime experience with your product. Iwent to change the 4 tired of my car but I found that I have an A7 maintenance. And on two schedules, all have been done and my car is just perfect by this crazy winter. Thank you Mr Jason Murphy, you surprisingly make the difference after years.
Great Customer Service at Rusty Wallis Honda I had originally gone to Lute Riley Honda to have my windshield wiper inserts replaced, but the experience there was disappointing. I was directed through several steps, waited for assistance, and was ultimately told I should just purchase the inserts and install them myself with an attitude. I’ve been a loyal Lute Riley customer since 1999, but the lack of support that day led me to leave and drive to Rusty Wallis Honda instead. At Rusty Wallis Honda, the experience was the complete opposite. I pulled into the Express Service lane and was helped right away. Julian, the service advisor, explained my options clearly and offered to install the inserts at no charge if I purchased them from the Parts department. When the inserts were out of stock, the Parts advisor (Jose) quickly offered a discounted price on replacement blades as an alternative. I brought them back to Julian, he installed them promptly, and I was on my way. The staff at Rusty Wallis were helpful, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. They made the process easy and showed they valued my time and business. Because of this experience, Rusty Wallis Honda has now earned my future service visits. Good customer service matters and Rusty Wallis delivered it.
Alliona Carroll is the best sales manager I have ever seen in any industry ! She responded to me immediately with two small problems with my new Honda CRV 2026. Aliona is exceptionally warm and makes you feel like you’re the most important person in the room. Ms. Carroll it’s incredibly knowledgeable about cars. She is a pro because she has 20 years of experience. I think she inspires her sales team! All of my experiences with Rusty Wallace Honda have been exceptional. Give Ms. Carroll a big bonus!
My Passport has a gasket attached to the driver's side door post. It is not possible for my 6'3" frame to get in and out of this car without pulling the gasket away from its fasteners. I pointed this out to Jason Murphy when I arrived at the service center. Jason said that he would refasten the gasket to the door frame. When I returned home, I realized that the gasket had not been refastened.
