Really like our salesman Marlowe Wade Jr Service dept very polite, waiting time was not too long.
We ordered a transmission online during the Toyota parts sale in May of 26 to be deliver to Serra for our 2010 Rav4. When I called the parts dept with other questions before placing my transmission order, they were very helpful, suggesting I also order transmission fluid that would be needed. The service dept was also helpful when I called to have them install it. They got it in to replace the transmission within a couple of days and installed the transmission within a couple more days. They kept us informed and were very nice when we picked up the Rav4. It's been a week or so and the Rav4 transmission is working great. I would recommend Serra's parts dept and service dept to anyone. We are very happy with Serra.
Serra did a great job & their new salesman, Mitchell Carter, went above and beyond when he retrieved an antique xx. Christopher medal I accidentally left in the driver’s door. Antonio in finance was kind and helpful.
BOTH OF THESE GUYS WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I hooe to do business there and hopefully with them in the future
Bad visit. Car was ready for 18 minutes and I was not notified. I had to go to the service person and ask him what the problem was. Now answer, just printed out the paperwork and handed to me.
The service department allowed me to bring my car in six hours earlier than my appointment and got it out in less than an hour. They are always very fast and courteous and do a good job. I really appreciate them.
