They will not negotiate on price. Would absolutely never xxxxing buy a vehicle from a dealership that does not negotiate on price. Good luck with their business plan.

Princeton Mini came to our attention because it had multiple cars in inventory that matched what we were looking for and they were offering great incentives. Alex was very helpful in communicating with us via email and over the phone regarding our potential purchase. We appreciated his open, honest communication and no game playing that let us know our out the door price in advance. Joel helped us when we came to take delivery and was so friendly and welcoming. I loved the tour of our new car and all its MANY bells and whistles. Mike also helped us in person and didn't hesitate to find a solution when an unexpected wrinkle arose in our purchase. Only negative was that the sales process ended up being longer than expected because the dealership was shortstaffed at the time, but everyone consistently checked on us and offered drinks and snacks to make sure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited.

Princeton Mini did an exceptional job in making our trade-in and purchase of another Mini possible. They handled everything thing we asked for in a very professional manner. Zach Repp. our salesperson, worked very hard to make our deal happen and to make sure that we were happy. He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. He should receive a reward for outstanding achievement in the field of excellence!! We will definitely buy another car from him at Princeton Mini. I would like to give accolades to the personnel in service and detailing. They did a tremendous job. They seem to be the unsung heroes of a dealership.

We return to Princeton Mini because of the service we have received from Alex. It is not the coolest deal for us but if I buy a 4th Mini in a few years ( Alex as I said we will be skipping a few years) that is where it will bepurchased and only one salesperson for us and that is Alex
