I would not even have given a “1 star review” except that you need to in order to proceed to next page. If any one would like to proceed with a complaint, contact me at brimaup@gmail.com. A very unsatisfied customer left with h car that is TOTALLY un dependable!
I contacted this dealership to schedule a test drive with a vehicle i was very interested in purchasing. I spoke with John Kessler who was very pleasant and did his job well. After doing my test drive and negotiating some numbers we couldn't come to an agreement on a final number OTD. So Mr. Kessler brought the general manager Christopher Rennie (whom was extremely standoffish and dismissive from the get go) out to speak with me about an OTD number. I stressed multiple times that I was going to purchase this vehicle cash with no loans or anything. Chris Rennie was very unprofessional, argumentative, rude and kept being smart with me because he felt the number i wanted to stay at was "below market value" even though he has the vehicle priced at the highest point within that threshold (based off KBB value with the VIN # being used). He kept telling me "do you not think the vehicle is worth that much?" in a very smart and rude tone. That is a really weird question to ask a customer and a really weird way to treat a customer interested in purchasing a vehicle from you? His final words after arguing with me for about 5 minuets were " Well it seems this isn't the vehicle for you then.." (using extremely classist undertones) After that remark I immediately realized he thought i couldn't afford the vehicle because I was younger and a minority. In my opinion he needs to find a new career path because to lose a $50,000 sale straight cash over an $800 discrepancy is outlandish. I'm not the only one who has written a 1 star review regarding his actions as well. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother walking into that establishment until they find a new GM.
I bought a 2018 Boxter S CPO that later I found out was run at the track.Naples Porsche revield the cars safety brake wear devices were modified,"Slapped on brake pads, track scrub tires..they won't even respond to the Virginia Office of Attorney General. I'm out $1700.00.
I have bought many many cars the 65 years on have been on this Planet. The buying exspearance I just had with Euroclassics Porsche was by far one of the best. My sales person, John Kessler was very knowledgeable and very quick with his responses. When I find a 911 I like, it takes me weeks, and sometimes a couple of months before I give the sales person my offer, and because of that 95% of the sales people give up on me and move on. That did not happen with John at Euroclassic Porsche. He gave me the time I needed... there was never a time John pressured me. John just hung in there and gave the answers to all my questions with with a very pleasant and knowledgeable attitude. The whole team at Euroclassics was very friendly, Knowledgeable, and accommodating. They opened up on a Sunday to deliver my car. Like I said in the beginning, Euroclassics is by far the best buying exspearance I have ever had in the Porsche world. They truly appreciate the buyer. Before you buy a Pcar anywhere I would highly recommend checking out Euroclassics first and ask for John.
I read the other reviews and cannot align with any negative comments. I had an amazing experience! Justin Price was my sales guy for a recent purchase on a Macan s. He was so patient, fair, was on my side for the whole transaction and showed that he really cared about me and my happiness. The entire staff that I interacted with showed the same respect. I have also used their service department in the past and had great experience there as well. They have the best inventory and has a family feel atmosphere. Highly recommended!
