Joanne - and everyone we have met at Brandfon Honda have always been willing to listen and if we are concerned or do not understand something, they take the time to explain it. On our most recent service visit, we had a complaint about our windshield wipers. They not only checked every feature, they explained why the wipers work the way they do. I trust this dealership to listen and to respond to my needs. I'm looking forward to learning about the Honda Civic hybrid, which I understand is now available.
