Our salesperson was nice. No pressure at all. Most of the business office was positive. The service office was great. The registration of the vehicle has been less than desirable. They lost paperwork, making it so we had to go back in again. Very disappointing ending for an otherwise excellent experience.

They were easy to deal with, and when I brought in to check on a potential issue within the first few days, they got me scheduled and fixed the issue at no cost to me.

This was about our 4th purchase from CarMax in Merriam, KS. They never fail to please. Tate (our salesman) was very respectiveful and was a pleasure to deal with. Don't hesitate to deal with this great dealership.
