I want to thank Lincoln and Natalie were the care and consideration of my situation to get my 2020 F250 Ford recall taken care of. As I am in use of a wheelchair in Walker now I don't drive and pick up my wife after getting the truck to the dealership. I requested a loaner car for my wife and both Lincoln and Natalie was very helpful in making that happen. She was very happy with the loaner car that she got which happened to be a Mustang and we don't drive cars very much cause we are a truck family. So to my wife, it was one of the best experiences that she had with a dealership thank you very much for all your help and getting the recall done and updating my maps Doug.
